If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. At the check-in, every guest must provide a valid identity document in ordered to be registered with the local authority. In addition, the guests will have to sign a short lease contract for the time of theyr stay. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 22:00 and EUR 45 after 22:00.
