Owners are very nice and helpfull. Beautiful view and surroundings of the olives trees. Everything in the apartment as described. Access is narrow steep road but the owner informed about it. The only small inconvenience is a very creaky staircase;) We were with dogs.

Stunning view

A really nice apartment with a marvellous view down to the Lago d`Iseo and his isle. Very friendly people trying to help for recommendations all around the lake, like restaurants, sight-seeings, sports, architecture and walking tracks around Sale Marasino

Best view to Lago d`Iseo

It is a little bit hidden and difficult to drive to- up a very steep hill on a road that is very narrow but keep going. The apartment is wonderfully decorated and furnished with all the necessary equipment. I would move in right away. A great base for exploring the area. Maria is a wonderful host. Tutto bene!

Among the olive trees and sheep 

A very good B&B for a retreat with a stunning view, or as a base to visit the surrounding country side.
The apartments are very roomy, it's a pity though you can hear the other guests well.
The hosts are like all you could wish for.



Warm welcome

A stunning value find up on the hills overlooking Lake Iseo. Well worth the steep drive (not as bad as some make it sound) for the views, great breakfasts, and chilled out feel of the place. Yuri was an amazing host, so helpful. Yes, you can hear the road, but from the rooms in the main house, only slightly. And the bed was so comfy I barely noticed... 

Things to note: 
Unless you're in the larger appartment, there are no kitchen facilities, so ignore the Booking.com info and bring a corkscrew if you want a late night drink listening to the cicadas...
I'd say a car is an absolute must. Unless you are super fit and a practiced hill climber.
The rooms are beautiful but the walls are quite thin and the stairs very, very creaky. not advised for honeymooners :)

Lake Iseo is a real find if you want Italian lakes on a budget and without the pretention. We loved sleepy Sale Marasino, and the buzz in Iseo town, but the highlight was the trip to Monte Isola for swimming and cycling (we'd recommend heading north first from the bike rental in Carzano as you get the tough bit over quickly!).

Amazing views, brilliant hosts.

We were there for 2 great night in the apartment, cozy and warm, amazing view of the lake. A little place on the mountains. The family was very helpful although not speaking English. The drive there was not recognized by our GPS so I added the location as I photographed after finally finding it (took time).. Also the road is very scary at the first time up.
