I'm sorry to give you only two stars but it's not a hotel but a b&b at the price of a hotel. The structure is beautiful and 10 meters from the sea. The rooms are modern even though from my bathroom there was a strong smell of sewage. The staff is kind but not professional.. unfortunately. The small hall of the hotel is often uncovered so in case you didn't agree on the arrival time you risk staying out and waiting long for their return. For the bathroom they only provide bags with handcuffs.. there are no glasses and especially soaps for the handcuffs.. I'm forced to buy because the handcuffs of course the shampoo bags besides being insufficient are also very uncomfortable.

It's not a hotel.

Small and comfortable, we stayed 2 nights, but they were enough to give us the relaxation we deserved. Clear, professional and friendly. Cleanliness impeccable. Good quality price. We are from Lecce, but I will return, especially for the beautiful beach!!!

Just relax.

We happened to be in this place which describes itself as a hotel but for logistics, characteristics of the rooms and hospitality is much more a b/b. Pleasant for hospitality, cleanliness, services and comfort and tasty and relaxing breakfast with fresh fried products and coffee as many as you want... we can say much more positive but we underline the sympathy and great professionalism and availability of Chiara at the reception and direction and Cecilia, everything dedicated to the well-being of the guest.

Found by friends by accident.

I'm sure I'll be back, but Martinucci's is a must-have stopover between sweets, ice cream and meals to take away...

Clear and Cecilia make you feel at home.

Nice structure, always clean, friendly and available staff, very close to the sea, by us reached peacefully on foot. Also numerous dining venues are reached on foot and for breakfast there is a pastry shop right next to the structure. Parking always found despite the fact that it was the period of February. Nice also the area.

Reviews are positive

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Roma in a triple room. We travelled in 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The reception was discreet but warm with relative temperature measurement as by Covid procedure. The bathroom was very clean and every day was cleaned and arranged in an excellent way. The rooms all give (except one, I think) on an inner courtyard where there is a small relaxation area and each room has a small stand where we can ash out the costumes and dryers. Occasionally climb the stairs to get to the rooms. The noise that some reviews talk about was only perceived by us on the first day for a few minutes, then disappeared! The structure does not have a parking space but despite the damage we always found a good distance. The hotel is very short and we have been staying a week away from the sea.

We were good!

The balcony/terrace was actually a common terrace to all the rooms, thanks to privacy. When we opened the water, the engine made a noise of hell (like work) for a long time. The power of the shower water took at least 5 minutes to get to a normal power. The wifi was running once every two days (you had to catch it in the room...). However, there were no more free transits to the beach as L advised. There were no one who was busy with the reception (cleaning, still) and who wasn't present at the reception.

Disappointed

Apart from the friendliness of the owner and Martinucci next door, there is little else left! Apparently very nice structure, with little potential: no parking (car left on the street) breakfast not included in the price that for a night in a double is 130€ (otherwise 7€ p.p.).

Nice, but not too much.

Nice clean, quiet little hotel, very nice staff, reception not always open but Chiara always answers the phone, right prices for August and a strategic location to go to the sea and visit the beautiful places nearby.

Comfortable and beautiful

It's not really a hotel and it doesn't offer breakfast, but the girl at the reception is really very nice and kind and the Martinucci pastry shop, although with too long times, deserves it and it's right underneath the hotel. Each of the about 10 rooms has an armored porch overlooking the common terrace.
