This is a friendly, very professional waterfront hotel. The rooms are simple and well-maintained. The breakfast is substantial and fresh. A great location less than 10 minute walk to bus and train stations and dozens of clubs and restaurants. It is a great value and I highly recommend it.

A great value in an excellent location

Great hotel across from the sea.
We stayed in room 210, had a nice balcony with beautiful sea view. 
Friendly staff.
Close to everything, shops, restaurants and of course the beach.
Wonderful buffet breakfast. Looking forward to returning!

Last minute booking, but as out of season everywhere has vacancies, this modern hotel opposite the beach accepted a dog and included breakfast in the rate. The room was nice. Bathroom nice. Shame the air conditioning switches itself off when the balcony door is opened as it became annoying after a while. Nice clean white linen. View of beach from balcony. Easy parking on street. Buffet Breakfast was okay, perhaps a little sparse but ok.

Modern hotel, nice and clean

This small hotel nestled among the  Lungomare in beautiful  San Benedetto del Tronto offers convenience and comfort. My family consisting of seven adults and a baby enjoyed a lovely week-long stay.  The hotel is located just across the road from the  beach, close to the city center, and within walking distance of restaurants, gelaterie, and other shops. The hotel is extremely well-run and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed an ample breakfast buffet  with fruit, pastries, bread, yogurt and cereals, the attentive waiters had a table set out for our group every morning,  the housekeepers provided perfect maid service, and our reservation included a reserved spot at the nearby Kon Tiki beach concession with chairs and umbrellas. The guests are predominantly Italian but many of the staff speak English. San Benedetto, on the Adriatic coast with its palm trees and flowering bushes, remains relatively undiscovered by non-Italians. If you are looking for a "traditional" Italian beach vacation, this hotel is the perfect venue in the perfect location. 

Perfect for an Italian beach vacation

The Hotel is situated close to both the Train, Bus, and Water Taxi Stations, but further enough away for a quite, and peaceful stay. Handy if you also plan to visit other places in North Eastern Italy. All the staff were very friendly, and the rooms clean, and tidy. Breakfast is from 7am until 10.30am, and was very good. In the evening we kept away from the tourist areas,and walked around the quieter back streets near the Hotel where we found numerous good places to eat. If we ever were to go back to Venice we would stay here again.

Great Hotel. Ideal spot.

I was at the Arlecchino in September. The hotel is a lovely renovated hotel. It is new and modern and very clean. Location was perfect walking distance to town center and across the beach . They had bicycles if you wanted an experience like a local and bike ride to a nearby restaurant. The staff was wonderful. Alessandra and her colleagues were very helpful and made you feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel .  

Felt like home

This family run hotel is right on the main strip across from the beach. The rooms are clean,bright and and feature balcony's for relaxing after a day of relaxing at the beach. The hotel also has a great complementary breakfast and a restaurant that features fresh fish and seafood. bicycles are available to rent for a small fee and small refrigerators are great for keeping beverages cold.  

Great Beach Location in San Benedetto

This hotel is right on the sea front and has it's own beach, the sunbeds are in with the price of your room. The food is second to none and plentyful, we had a superior room very comfortable aircon and balcony.
The staff are very friendly and will help in any they can. We will definately stay again thankyou Piero and staff....San benedetto del tronto is easy to get to, fly to rome and a bus takes direct, I can give you more details if you need them.

A fantastic week ☺

Stayed here for 3 nights late January 16, the hotel fronts onto an amazing palm lined golden sandy beach with ample free roadside parking outside hotel.
It was so nice to be welcomed and offered a beautiful Italian coffee on arrival, a very personal hotel.

We stayed in one of the better rooms with balcony and sea view on the third floor, the room was modern, clean and smart but the view was the icing on the cake, it was perfect as was the weather.

Breakfast was included in my room rate it was basic, fresh and adequate to start my day.

The town center is a short 10 minute walk but restaurants cafes and bars are in abundance close by.

All in all this was a super hotel in a great location and I would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Lovely Hotel in Great Location

We stayed in this hotel over Christmas for a week and loved it. Simple but modern very clean and warm. Location perfect. Nice view. Nice staff. One of the best Hotel in San Benedetto. Highly recommended.
