This is a friendly, very professional waterfront hotel. The rooms are simple and well-maintained. The breakfast is substantial and fresh. A great location less than 10 minute walk to bus and train stations and dozens of clubs and restaurants. It is a great value and I highly recommend it.

A great value in an excellent location

Great hotel across from the sea.
We stayed in room 210, had a nice balcony with beautiful sea view. 
Friendly staff.
Close to everything, shops, restaurants and of course the beach.
Wonderful buffet breakfast. Looking forward to returning!

Last minute booking, but as out of season everywhere has vacancies, this modern hotel opposite the beach accepted a dog and included breakfast in the rate. The room was nice. Bathroom nice. Shame the air conditioning switches itself off when the balcony door is opened as it became annoying after a while. Nice clean white linen. View of beach from balcony. Easy parking on street. Buffet Breakfast was okay, perhaps a little sparse but ok.

Modern hotel, nice and clean

The surprise of receiving an upgrade with a small suite was very pleasant. As you enter the room you are breathless, breathtaking seafront views, the comfortable terrace with chairs and drawer is difficult to leave. Elegance and modern in a strategic position, allows you to enjoy this location even having little time at your disposal, it is all at hand, center with shops, locals and restaurants.

Unforgettable.

We returned to SBT where we stayed in this hotel in the week of February, from 13 to 26. Excellent reception from the owner Mr. Piero, great courtesy and availability at the reception Mr. Emilio. Crossing the street and you immediately went to the beach. Excellent position a few minutes walk and six in the center. Upper room plus 3 floor, cozy, clean, tidy, a nice balcony with sea view with table 2 two chairs and also a stendino.

Re-recommended

It's cozy thanks to the availability of the owner and all the staff. It eats very well. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It's suitable for easy family holidays. The common areas are unfortunately not too spacious.

Family vacation.

A hotel like all the others should be. Located in the heart of the splendid San Benedetto and, at the same time, practically on the sea. Cleanliness of the rooms, kindness of the staff and hospitality at the top. Exquisite food, abundant and for all tastes, traditional dishes carefully taken care of and not heavy at all (I take care of nutrition:-)). What to say, a place where we feel really chocolates and on vacation. A special thanks to the owner, Mr. Piero, who made us feel at home with his attention and his availability, and to all the staff of the Hotel Arlecchino, a place where we will definitely and always be happy to return!

...what a pleasant surprise in the beautiful town of San Benedetto del Tronto... very comfortable and recently renovated location, equipped with all the comforts, two steps from the sea and five minutes from the center, Mr. Piero (the owner of the hotel) and Mr. Emilio (the director) have been kind and cordial since our arrival, the same must be said for all the kids in the room, cordial and always attentive to all our needs, not to mention the excellent food and the cleaning of the rooms... highly recommended, we hope to return too!!!

What a nice surprise, really nice vacation.

We entered the hotel and the staff welcomed us very well. The structure is as clean and cozy as the rooms. The balcony overlooks the sea and they are equipped with every comfort. The breakfast is plentiful and complete. The structure is near the banks where you can bathe. On the roof there is a hot tub, water-massage and beds where you can relax.

I'm so comforting.

In my last working days I had stayed in 4-star facilities in San Benedetto del Tronto, in this case, given the proximity to the Epiphany I chose to find a Hotel near the center, never a choice was so squat. My room with balcony with sea view on the third floor was incredible, the reception open H24, the Hotel told me to be open all year round, the breakfast was excellent locked in a room with large windows.
