I chose this B&B for an overnight during a long journey, so i needed only to sleep well somewhere. However I was really amazed by the quality of this structure which is definitely above the level of many three-star hotels, even higher.
Just the room design with all the furniture in white is pretty nice, I add that everything was very clean. My bathroom was really big with everything in order, including an exceptional shower.
The best comes in the morning when you could enjoy a breakfast which is something unbelievable, especially in Italy where you often find only some sweet brioches. Here is much different - you have a table full of everything you could imagine to eat - from sweet, through an omelette and cheeses.
The staff is very friendly to talk to.
The only negative side could be for somebody that it´s not directly in the city, but a bit away, so for an evening walk not an ideal place.

Absolutely stunning despite not ideal position

Maybe we have been mislead by the stunning reviews, but for us our arrival was a little bit disappointing: 

The room itself is ok, but very very small. I think you might be grateful for a room like that in Paris (space of around 30cm around the bed and that's it), but for this area of Italy it is a bit small. 

Thank God we had our extension cords and three-way-adaptors with us, otherwise we would have got into trouble regarding power supply for our laptops, cellphones iPads etc. - Very small working desk at the foot end of the bed. Free WIFI itself is okay.

There is a beautiful terrace with straight garden connection right in front of the room's door. I am writing from there now, because my wife needed to sleeep and consequently I am sitting here outside with a big jacket due to an outdoor temperature of 8° degress C. - That describes the sitaution quite well. They also have a (currently empty) cozy breakfast room/lounge with even an open fire place, and I have just been there to clarify the WIFI-password. Beautiful!   But please don't think they offered me to sit down there...

Regarding the beautiful rooms with balconies that you see on the photos, I was informed that those are "private apartments". So be prepared that you will have to live on the backside of the building. 

Speaking Italian is a must if you should come here. My Italian is usually considerd "good" by Italians (we live in Italy), but here it was obviously not good enough. At least I didn't have a chance to get through with my complaints.

I can't say anything about the great breakfast which has been mentioned in several reviews. I can imagine that it may be great in that beautiful breakfast room. - But before I'll get a chance to check that out I will have to stay here in the back of the building, feeling locked pout like a dog.
