Then I come to this paradise with millionaire guests who came to visit us from Asia. I wanted to surprise them and I chose one of the most expensive B&Bs on the coast recommended by a friend of a friend. Well what you can imagine that comes out of the equation price quality aesthetic should not be followed. Meanwhile the first paradise is the owner Massimo who was dropped off on this land by mistake and has since then settled in this family villa. He does not prevent wishes, but he knows how to fulfill them in a spontaneous and original way. Just ask as he says, because his pleasure and to see happy and tired people. If you enter into this childish and spontaneous relationship this B&B becomes different from others and can also justify sacrificing to the man who had seen the sea after a few nights, and then the masses have to come to the pool. We have a few moments of surprise when we have to pass through the ocean with the most beautiful and beautiful scenery of nature.

It's very nice, but...

No wonder that Odysseus and his companions were supposed to have strengthened themselves here for a year. We were allowed to spend six days in this magical place. A dream: a picturesque location overlooking the Pontine islands and a beautiful garden with centuries-old vines, the steeply dreamed rocky bays falling down. The sea invites turquoise blue to swim and snorkel. Pads, sunscreens and covered little bedscreens provide space for disrupted recovery. The excellent hostess Massimo Suite also offers a delicious light breakfast alongside a fantastic breakfast hostess. The latter will be served in a company with the guests and guests of the resort, and then we'll come to a great meal in the afternoon, which was a great opportunity for us to enjoy a special meal at the Massimo Boulevard, where we'll be back in the morning with a special thanksgiving meal.

A magical place

We have spent the last couple of days at this beautiful Boutiqe hotel. The family, and Massimo, were really amazing people bringing an incredible energy and cooking delicious homemade Italian  food. The environment was spectacular, just by the ocean. We woke up to the sound (and view) of the ocean. The room was always very clean and fresh. We can’t wait to visit Isola Di Eea again. Thank you for everything, we feel blessed.

The most amazing boutique hotel!

The B&B is situated in the middle of nature right by the sea and, besides the individually furnished rooms, offers an unforgettable panorama at all hours of the day and night. In particular, the sunsets on the terrace are priceless. The hosts are very hospitable, extraordinarily friendly and create a family atmosphere to feel comfortable. On the Isola di Eea I have found my personal paradise and would come at any time or recommend the structure to friends again.

Vacation in the Little Paradise

Stunningly beautiful B&B with super friendly and helpful young fellow that runs the place.  Getting there, it being on a hill overlooking the sea, was, as with many places along the Italian coast, a bit challenging for a North American driver.  Nonetheless, with our GPS programmed with the location's coordinates we made it slowly to the end of the dirt road and to this quiet, charming B&B. This place definitely lowers your blood pressure once you are there.  We stayed only 2 nights on our way to the airport in Rome, from Sicily, but it was very enjoyable and we would recommend it to others.  Given its proximity to Rome, the prices are higher than other B&B's we stayed at further south and in Sicily, but that is to be expected when you are close to Rome.  Breakfast included homemade bread and eggs, smoothie and fresh orange juice, and yogurt, among other things.  Could have spent the whole day on the huge private balcony overlooking the sea.

Just stay 24 hours after arrival and you will realize there is no better place on earth you want to be. My best swim of my life and the greatest food but especially thanks for the unforgettable hospitality

The blue of the sea, the intense scent of the vegetation that surrounds you, the warmth and sincere kindness of the owners and especially of Massimo make your soul relax!

We spent a weekend at this beautiful bnb right on the seashore an hour abd a half drive from Rome. It is located almist inside a national park, so it is very quiet and calm. On a clear day we saw several islands. We also could see the beautiful sunset. There is also a natural pool carved from the rocks. The service was outstanding, the room very clean and comfortable. We cannot wait to visit again.

Isola di Eea is located at the end of the world from San Felice Circeo on the rocks of the Circe, steep over the sea, dreamy views, absolute silence, the rooms distributed so that you can be completely yourself, bathrooms under the house, very good breakfast, but above all Massimo, who is there in a wonderful way, takes care of you, has good conversations, if you wish, you come to yourself and are still far away from the world

A place taken away

Stumbled upon this truly wonderful place whilst on a road trip from Venice to Naples. 
Isola Di Eea’s location and construction make this a unique nirvana for anyone looking to relax and recharge. 

We stayed for 2 days and from the moment of arrival felt totally at peace. Masimo is a charming chilled out host that makes you feel very welcome. The rooms are fantastic together with all the attention to detail on the winding paths down towards the sea where there is natural swimming in the sea. All over there are purpose built sunbeds so that you can lie back and relax the day away. Access the sea has been well though out and you can jump or slip in to have a wonderful swim in the turquoise clear blue seas. 

The breakfast are truly luxurious and Masimo is a fantastic cook. These are served up in the main house that feels such a happy place with lots of reminders of the memories that have been made in it with wonderful views of the coastline.
