We booked a room for a family of for. We were assigned a room with a queen bed and a twin (120x190 cm). The lady owner simply said she didn’t know the age of my boys.

Our room had no power supply and no hot water. When I called the owner of this small room rental, the lady was very aggressive  and stated that she couldn’t do much about it. It was 9 pm when I realised there was a problem. My kids where shaking cold coming out of the freezing swimming pool. I asked the lady if we could shower with hot water in another room. The only answer I got is that I could walk out and find another accommodation! 

The room was dirty, insects running everywhere. I opened the sheets and I found ants. I called the lady asking if she could provide an ant trap. She simply said I was always complaining and hung up.
She didn’t bother even coming around to check and change the sheets.

The summing pool beds are covered in birds poo, not really appealing for a lay down.

I strongly suggest you avoid this room rental if you are looking for a decent place.

Horrible experience

This is a hidden gem , the owner speaks perfect English having lived in London for 12 years and was so helpful and kind .
Beautiful gardens and pool , extremely relaxing , breakfast was home cooked baked goods which where gorgeous .
Fredriqua went out of her way to make our stay very special and organised a great day trip to Ponza for us which was beautiful .
