My experience was bad, when I arrived at the property with a reservation in hand. I heard that the room had been occupied and without any notice. At 7:30 pm you can imagine the discomfort of finding accommodation after the landlord was denied the phone.

I found myself sleeping in a very old house made up of three rooms, a bathroom and a shared kitchen. Below lives Mr. Franco, who welcomed me. There are no signs signalling the ghostly guest house; the price included wi-fi, but it was not working; soap for missing hands, the single bed was a sofa bed that after opening it completely occupied the room without any possibility of moving in it, I will certainly not return to it very discouraged.

We didn't even stay, my 7-year-old son. I had booked a week before and, with confirmation of the booking in my hand, I went to the place. After ringing various bells and waiting about ten minutes, a parent of the owner came to life. The manager's parents, latent and without even a hint of communication, informed me on two feet that they had not received any booking notice. After 260km of travel we found ourselves without accommodation and without a slight explanation of everything. We arranged and found another arrangement. The positive thing was the manager's mother's commitment to find me another B&b.

Not even an apology.

We recently attempted to stay here for 2 nights, we booked it a week prior to arriving and had emails back and forth leading up to it as our train got in very late at night and needed to make sure this wasn't a problem.

In the emails it was indicated the booking was confirmed and we just needed to go to a different address when we arrived to pickup the keys.
(I assumed because it was so late)

Turns out the guy that owns this place had over booked and had contacted another B&B to take us (hence the different address) however at no point did he inform us of this !

He also didn't tell the other venue how late we were arriving, so we got there at 11pm thinking we were just picking up keys only to be told no your actually staying here, but they could only take us for 1 night not the 2 we had booked. The owner of nikita told the owner of where we were that he would have the second night Accomidation for us (he had our phone number and email address) but we never heard a thing and the next day woke up to an email from
Booking.com saying we hadn't turned up the night prior.

We never heard from him again despite sending emails, lucky the B&B where we were was able to make emergency plans for us so we had somewhere to stay the second night.

And also the owner of the B&B we ended up in said he has done this before and left people stranded. I would recommend not to book here under any circumstances, very angry !!!!

And I'm not adding photos. Better. The trip was planned not by me but by other people....obviously and also their fault. But definitely not to repeat. House with 3 double rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. In a quiet area...there's nothing around but a restaurant (good). Bedrooms 7.Cooking possibility.One person 35 euros, 2 people 55 euros with breakfast. Animals accepted willingly. The expenses are all else...with what you spend you don't get a coffee and a breakfast cornet.
