56 reviewsOur family of 6 stayed four nights in the Ginestra House and it was delightful. Concetta & Paolo were helpful, friendly, and easy to reach if we had questions. The house is 16th century so it is rustic in a great way—as Americans it’s so special to stay in a place with so much history. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The pool and Bocce Ball court are great features for the kids and adults as the property invites relaxation instead of busy touring. The view of the countryside is incredible and the property is easy to find and off a paved road behind a gate which felt very safe. We took advantage of Concetta’s offer for a home cooked meal (extra cost) and it was the highlight of our meals in Italy. The dinner was really tasty, the kids ate extra helpings AND asked for leftovers at breakfast, plus it felt really special to have a home cooked meal in Tuscany. I was nervous about not having A/C but we had high-80’s during our stay and the evenings and shade were very comfortable. Great, unique place in Tuscany—especially for families!
