It might sound odd, but we have found this place almost by chance and we have been very impressed by the quality of service, food, cleanliness, quietness…basically everything one can wish from a relaxing stay in a typical Italian country hotel. The owner made us feel very welcome since our arrival and prepared a nice fireplace just for us! The dinner was delicious…not to mention the homemade grappa that we were offered at the end. So I will certainly come back and suggest it to everyone!!

Amazing place!!

We were at this farmhouse for 4 nights. Externally the location looks very good, it's a well-maintained organic farmhouse... but unfortunately the positive notes end here. As a matter of fact, before arriving at the premises we wrote to the owner that one of us was intolerant to gluten and lactose (which is very normal and now widespread in 2022) asking if we could have dedicated products. The answer was negative and very close in that it's a well-maintained organic farmhouse... we were asked to opt for just bread and marble (when the structure obviously contains gluten and honey) or for salt (not at all because of the lack of properties of the property, which is very obviously necessary to explain the lack of properties of the property...) we wrote to the owner of the premises at the time of the vacation to obtain at least a note from the owner of the premises and the owner of the premises that had been used during the day, and we were told that we had received a few lights from the room, and then we went to the bathroom, and we were told that we had to come

To Be Avoided Like Flea

Had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful, rustic, clean family run bed and breakfast while attending a family wedding. Alessandro made out family feel very welcome and provide fantastic authentic Italian food for us all.  The stay and location was amazing and the service which was provided was second to none. Thank you Alessandro 👍

Perfect Stay

We had lunch with friends under a gazebo, everything was delicious!!! Tomatoes freshly harvested from the garden were really excellent. Courteousness and staff availability. Clean and fresh swimming pool. Large spaces, clean bathroom and possibility with a small extra bathtub to do outdoor water massage. I recommend it for a day in peace in the middle of nature. Great for families.

If there is no place like home, there are places where you feel at home, because you are welcomed with extreme courtesy and availability, because the place itself conveys warmth and hospitality and because you get up from a table full and in a good mood.

Family dinner

We spent 4 days in this green farmhouse in a privileged location with a fantastic view from the hill down to the sea.The stone structure and tastefully furnished rooms provide a framework for a family management where friendliness and courtesy make it possible for customers to spend their holiday in complete relaxation while appreciating the surrounding environment.Impeccable cleanliness and excellent lunches and dinners based on typical products where simplicity and genuineness blend into a context almost of other times.Finally a heartfelt thanks to Alessandro and family for the availability and courtesy with which we were welcomed (we felt in the family).

Total relaxation in a fantastic location

Welcome, beauty of the place, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, are ingredients that we should find in every farmhouse! Thanks to Alexander and it was quite possible! The old grandparents'cottage is a little paradise on the Romagnole hills, with wonderful sea views!

A lovely place, immersed in nature with a view of the sea in the blink of an eye. A swimming pool with sea view and a garden where you can relax.

It's lovely.

We spent the Easter holidays with three couples of friends on a hill in the midst of greenery, peace and good cuisine. The structure is cared for in the specifics of the rustic country territory. Breakfast is abundant with various choices of typical products, clean rooms with comfort and clean underwear nothing to say.
