Excellent professionalism in hospitality and services, strategic point 100 meters from Father Pio's grave, congratulations to Director Emanuele and the staff who, along with professionalism, put passion into the work they do.

Father's weekend

Inadequate staff and poor table service, this comes from the owner's guidelines an ignorant and rude person with no experience in the industry. Minimum and bad breakfast, Long and confused bookings, room division to forget, cold and wet, no kind of assistance or solutions are offered. Dirty, confused and chaotic rooms, dinners and food to forget. Bathrooms where you could easily shoot a horror movie! ;)

Forget about it

Welcome with family warmth and courtesy, two nights in a half boarding house with excellent cuisine, we will definitely return, the favourable location with respect to Padre Pio's sanctuary and easy access by road have really made our short pilgrimage easier.

Saturday's fireworks.

If you have to stay for a day and you are content with a room that is very fatigued and dirty, a very poor restaurant service and a minimal breakfast and Pessina Allira and your place, in case you are not interested in the proximity to the basilica, I strongly advise you not to use this facility where the staff is not professional and the owner and the owner have a deep inexperience with an assumption of a thousand

I stayed for two days at the Eden 4 star villa hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo during a pilgrimage. Good welcome, clean room perhaps with some details to review. Very nice location near the sanctuary.

I just returned from a hotel stay at the villa Eden 4 stars hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo. I was there with a group of 52 people and guaranteed, professionally, being from the sector, the following: 1- welcome from Mr. Emanuele, excellent, professional and precise. 2- excellent rooms, perhaps deserving, a greater care of some small detail not dependent on the direction, but by the laundry change workers perhaps too busy given the number of rooms. Impeccable police. 3- meals in restaurant, abundant, with refreshment and quality, In hotels of 4 stars usually, you look more closely to the religious groups than to the abundance. In this case we are also asking for the international style here.

Hotel spacious and pretty. Very well equipped. Warm atmosphere, and very attentive and friendly staff. Recepcionista speaks Spanish (David). EXCELLENT location, 100mts (REALES) from the Santuario del Padre Pío. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Wifi only in the entrance hall. Comfortable room. Good cleanliness.

A very good option.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, which is in an ideal location because at the foot of the elevator that goes up to the sanctuary plot where you can get to in five minutes. Ideal for pilgrimages to San Giovanni Rotondo. Family atmosphere, very dedicated staff who recognize you from time to time, good and abundant meals, very clean and functional rooms. The deplorable opinion that speaks of dirt, poor service, decayed condition, is pure slander. I always go back there with the greatest pleasure and I don't want to. I've tried three more in San Giovanni and it's by far the best.

A very pleasant family hotel

No worthy of any star service deplorable staff overwhelmed dirty rooms and bathroom breakfast nonexistent and we could add it tapestry ripped dirty windows on the edge of outer indecency spoiled in amounts nothing hotel and by excess a four stars

Dirty, decayed, noisy

No words to describe - price was inadequate for the quality and quantity of food. Staff was very unwelcoming and unhelpful - came around with a tray to collect tips after the meal and stuck it in front of everyones nose. Wifi didnt not work - gave incorrect password to everyone. In the morning bits of what appeared to be mold was found in a coffee. Not even a sorry when this was pointed out to staff. Absolute disgrace! One star given as the rooms were clean.
