Unpleasant experience! dirty room: hair and dust everywhere, even in bed; bathroom equipped with shower but without plate and no slope for water, with the risk of flooding the room or slipping; 80s tv with decoder but placed on the closet, then unusable. We go to the restaurant: bad food, the worst thing was that there were people with intolerance and unfortunately (despite the notice days before arrival) there was nothing to be served, for the most part the meal was served with intolerant foods. had to take something else for dinner.

It's an unpleasant experience.

So... I add one night I see that booking costs 48 euros I ask if I have to add it. They reassure me they think about it. Be surprised this morning the night plus no 48 how to book but sixty-five. What's worse Prina evening we go back to the room we find the balcony open we closed it. The excuse we be the guy had to check if there was a window in the bathroom. The next morning they call us while we were already around x tell us you went away without paying. And they said that we couldn't find our stuff in the room. It didn't get any more night. Cmq scary. And the building very much outside.

I had stayed in the hotel years before and I was happy to return, not only to break the distance of the long journey, but to be greeted with courtesy by the staff and the owner, a clean hotel, a room in order with clean sheets, homey but good food.

It's a great hotel where courtesy is the master.

If you stop in San Giovanni Rotondo it's not for going to the sea but for short stays and the aesthetics of the structure is not interested, covid standards present, clean rooms, no air conditioning but just open the window a little and stay cool... kind and available staff

More than a hotel a convent -in the bathroom.. cold hot water shower non-existent - air conditioning maybei analogue TV 70s with decoder😂 I call the reception and ask if I had access to the TV 😂 very uncomfortable 4 cm lighted lamps and neon ceiling mattresses with wires that you can't see who I wanted to leave but I would have paid anyway! Breakfast.... 0 Don't go to us!

A lovely hotel two blocks from the Basilica of San Pio. Fair prices with dinner and breakfast. Very convenient for a stay with family and friends.

It's a beautiful place.

We stayed 1 day for the visit to the Sanctuary. The rooms are very clean with the furniture a little dated. The structure is very close to the Sanctuary (300 mt) and 1 km from the center. The staff is very friendly and available. For people who come here on a natural pilgrimage, I would say that it is the right hotel. Simple but welcoming

The service, the rooms, the dining room (it is absolutely recommended to rent a full board!) are perfectly suited for a carefree stay in San Giovanni Rotondo. The dining is great! The second generation family-run hotel is very clean and very attractive and the staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful! We have already been to some hotels in San Giovanni Rotondo, but now we are in the Albergo San Michele for the fifth time, since it has not allowed our whole family anywhere to have such a wonderful pilgrimage. Even with children you feel very welcome in this hotel. I can really only recommend it to everyone!
