Please inform Masseria Pagliamonte Ortensia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at a surcharge of EUR 15 per person per set. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as follows: EUR 35 for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 and EUR 50 for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
