Quiet place with a view from the terrace on the old village of Sant'Oreste. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast more than satisfying with a good mix of fruits, hot brioches and packaged foods. The manager is very kind and available to put the guests at ease. Clean and well maintained rooms. A beautiful house full of beautiful books!! Good quality/price ratio. We wish we had stayed longer!

Pleasant stop in the Roman Agora

We stayed one night in this property. Very hospitable and friendly property. Clean and very nice structure there is nothing missing!I highly recommend it to those who want to relax in nature.My dog also appreciated the room very much!

Congratulations, this is an excellent place.

We arrived at Selva Grande to stay 4 nights. Unfortunately after the first night, I cancelled the remaining three apartments. The structure is located inside a holiday village (tennis fields, villas, bungalows, etc.) which, in December, appeared in a state of complete abandonment. The only thing present at any hour of the day was humidity: for the lovers of the crib, cushions, musk insured voluntarily. The apartment that was almost assigned to us was nothing more than a veranda to which the windows and a spinning structure had been applied; also inside, a delicacy for the lovers of the humidity and for those who had never had a chance to burn the toilet.

It's a great place to stay if you like moisture and sewage.

We stayed in this apartment for only one night, but I must say we were very satisfied. The apartment is clean and well-structured, having also the kitchen had everything necessary to be able to cook without bringing over pots, cups etc., perfect for a couple! The receptionist lady is very available and very kind, the only sin is only the TV that has few Italian channels(only rays)

What a wonderful discovery.

We stopped one night to break off the long journey to Calabria, and discovered a charming place in the woods, run by a very nice couple, a special mention of Svetlana, who proved to be very available and very polite, breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of the woods, we struggled to get up from the table.

A charming place

To visit the Sabina in the province of Rome we stayed in this b&b in the middle of the forest, a quiet, clean, beautiful nature, the clean mini-apartment, furnished with everything, modern but warm and cozy. furnished with TV, air conditioning and washing machine, cooking corner with refrigerator. A few meters away there is a well-maintained and affordable swimming pool. We were very good, with Mrs. Svetlana, kind and available, who pointed us out many places to visit and her breakfast was good and varied. the prices are really low... to recommend!

Nice place with little expense.

Selva Grande was chosen by accident, thanks to the network, because on my first trip to Italy in 2012, I dreamed of living in a secluded place outside the city, away from the tourist bustle, this is where my boundless love for this country began. I fell in love instantly, just as I got off the train station 15 minutes by car from the villa. Very attentive, exceptionally generous owners gave me the opportunity to see the cozy medieval towns around, the local holidays, the unflattered outlet nearby, the enchanting nature, the great thermal spaces, Rome.

My favorite corner.

When i went there it was like to stay out of stress and chaos of a big city, as i found peace and relax in greenery of the place, its like a small paradise surrounded by forests and small italian villages. There are plenty things to see, thermal baths near, a big swiming pool. The bed and breakfast itself is very cosy, clean, quiet, the owners are very friendly and gentle and always ready to help, being there you can really enjoy bio breakfast full of tasty healthy things. I really recommend for those who want to enjoy italian's pictoresque nature!

amazing and peaceful place to relax

In Selva Grande, my husband and I stopped twice. It was a great opportunity to combine a walk around Rome (museums, parks, Forums..., crowds of tourists, noise, summer heat) and a quiet and cool rest in a spacious, modern villa in the suburbs. The daily trip to Rome on a small tram was not exhausting: only 50 minutes and we were at Piazza del Popolo, a few steps from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
