I just returned from a spectacular stay at Imperiale Palace. From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional - especially the lovely blonde lady (I believe her name was Marina) who was so patient and helpful even when we were indecisive about our room. She's a complete asset to the hotel. We loved everything about the hotel - breakfast was superb, the beach area was incredible with staff around getting you drinks and food on request. The lifeguards were so helpful, friendly and always happy to help. We had dinner on the terrace twice and the food was incredible and service top notch. We had the lovely Motez serve us on our second visit and he was incredible. Friendly, kind, funny and helpful - another true asset to the hotel. The bar area is also fantastic with live music most evenings and the perfect place to relax after dinner. The hotel is in close proximity to Santa Marghertia town and the staff are very helpful at getting taxis if you want to go further afield. I will definitely return to Imperiale Palace and would thoroughly recommend it as a fantastic base on the Italian Rivieria Coastline! Thank you to all the fantastic staff who made our stay in beautiful surroundings all the more special.
