Hotel in Campolongo, in a quiet location, modern and spacious room, but with cleanliness to improve, sufficient breakfast, wide availability and kindness of the owners.

Good structure

I stayed overnight. Forgetting the view of the only window of the room (bad) and the size of the room (small for 3 people), the worst thing was the cleanliness. Finding hair and hair everywhere, under the covers and on the pillow, finding a used towel over the bed and clothes inside the wardrobe of previous customers, was not a good experience. After telling the reception what happened to us, we were told, The rooms are made this way and he made us pay the full price, without a minimum discount or without making a hint of sadness or understanding towards us.

The toaster on the bed

After new work the accommodation has really improved! The amenities are adequate and fully equipped. The cleaning is very good and the kindness of the staff is super!! The local Bar has been renovated for two years and the Stua with the fireplace is cozy and warm. I returned after four years and was amazed at the different news!! Gianni

New rooms with excellent bathroom facilities

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated but always with wood materials characteristic of the mountain, super courteous and available staff. Super cozy and comfortable family room, with double bed and castle bed and also has a small terrace.

A pleasant surprise

... here the sympathy and courtesy are at home, Manuela and Giulia are very available and welcoming... My room was beautiful, very clean, all made of wood, which gives you that real feeling of mountain, real, pure... even the very nice bathroom and equipped with everything you need... The excellent breakfast is served in a very intimate and warm room... The structure is completed with a cozy bar, recently restored as, on the other hand, the whole building.... The parking lot is adjacent to the hotel.

The small bathroom, a kind of organic bathroom, no windows and vacuum. The small, narrow room, the uncomfortable bed, and instead of having a soft plume, three or four blankets that submerged us during sleep. The cold room and the hot water that made it hard to get out. We gave up showering, it looked like we were inside a refrigerator. We ran away after the first night.

Decaying structure

I stayed in this facility the night between the 10th and the 11th of July I must say that I was surprised that it is listed as the first hotel in this mountain resort I found the dirty room (probably someone had taken a break to smoke a cigarette on the balcony without restoring its hygiene) the small and hardly accessible bathroom the plastic tent for the anachronistic shower and unhelpful wherever the dust was camping (which in times of Covid 19 can be for once a guarantee of non-contamination) the dinner was good even though there was proposed room temperature water normally is the opposite

I wouldn't sleep in it again.

Nice hotel in Campolongo di Cadore, just outside Santo Stefano, well-maintained structure and kind owners, they had me park the bike in their box.

They're nice.

The hotel offers a good price-quality ratio, without claims being a two-star hotel. It eats well and the rooms are clean. The bathrooms are very small in the rooms, but there is a larger bathroom in the hallway on the ground floor.

Good hotel.

The structure is nice, typical alpine, but our room was very small inadequate bathroom, toilet shower, plastic bidet, soft and low mattresses. But clean. Costs too high relative to the offer. Disorganized staff and nothing communicative. They only accept cash..... breakfast and kitchen acceptable.
