On a beautiful day of sunshine and snow, after a little walk with adults and children, we stopped for lunch at the Fischerwirt Restaurant. We had an excellent reception as well as the service. No complaints, even though the children made disasters on napkins and chairs. They never lost patience or smiles. Then what about eating? it was really delicious, all different dishes in seven adults we were, nice presentation and fast service. An enviable view from the large windows on the icy, snow-filled lake. We wish the family that runs this place health, serenity and good business. We will return, not only in winter, but also in summer.

It's wonderful.

We had to stay 3 nights from January 21st (Sunday). The booking took place by phone, although we wanted a written contact. We were told that the apartment was available, but without dinner. A second phone call confirmed that we would have breakfast and sauna. When we arrived on the 21st morning the owner told us that the booking was for the next weekend, so we were without an apartment....On the hotel calendar however, our last name was printed on the date of January 21st!!! Disappointed we found scandalous the owner's reaction that instead of looking for an alternative (we were there with the suitcases!!!) offer us a coffee, we were sorry....he raised the tone of his voice until he attacked us verbally.

Discretion and no hospitality

We were here for the tenth time. The fisherman at the idyllic Thornholz Lake is worth a trip at any time of the year. The apartments are comfortable and very well maintained. The choice of half boarding is highly recommended. Then you get a super breakfast and in the evening a high-quality three-course menu plus greetings from the kitchen and homemade bread with fresh cheese.

I 'd like to go back

We went to the fisherman's house with a lot of anticipation, and when we got the menu, we were wondering if we were in the right restaurant. There was not a single main dish with fish on offer!

Where's the fish?

We stayed in a half boarding house in this beautiful lake residence, which is immersed in nature. The structure is very well maintained, with all the amenities. The apartments are very nice, cozy and with a beautiful view of the valley and the lake. Rich breakfast and great dinners. We would like to return in the summer.

White weekend

Every time the holidays are over, we start counting the days for the next time!! Accommodation, apartment, wonderful nature, summer and winter... a charming and preserved place where you feel at peace with yourself... whether it's raining or there's sun, snow, ice or storm... you feel good.

We can't wait to get back.

A place out of the world. A wonderful location in this valley locked in the mountains and close to this icy pond where they skated. We stayed here last weekend for one night. A wonderful place. We were in four adults and two boys aged 15 and 16. Our spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is serviced. Really all right. Very kind and available, I think she is the owner.
