Beautiful location and... enough! Beautiful location with a beautiful view but with services that really leave you wanting. Minimal breakfast and insufficient for the people present; water finished in the middle of the shower and being forced out of the room to notify the reception and have it fixed; bed with missing dots that bend the mattress... in other words, more care, especially in relation to the price paid, is the minimum that you should expect

It's a lovely location.

We were at the house in the last week of July. We had an 8-month-old baby and a 5-year-old girl. From the entrance door and the holes that are on the features of the stone walls, we opted, paying for this much more, for an apartment so as to have greater comfort. Several but the aspects that disappointed us. Mainly because we chose a flat and not a bungalow or a tent in the campsite: poor cleanliness: the wooden ceilings of the apartment in different areas had their own spiders. From the entrance door and the holes that are on the features of the stone walls (truly beautiful), there are mosquitoes and lizards.

We're still staying here, but we didn't want to miss the opportunity to thank the boys for the hospitality and kindness with which they welcomed us. An impeccable breakfast. Very clean rooms. An immense, well-kept garden.

We highly recommend it!

A farmhouse immersed in nature, overlooking the Lake of Monte Cotugno. A place where tranquility and tradition meet, where you can taste the products of their farmland, or relax in the panoramic swimming pool. The common areas are well maintained, the spacious and arid rooms in country house style. Good breakfast. A few kilometers from the main attractions of Pollino Lucano.

THE Eighth Base for Visiting the Poultry of Lucano

The structure is enchanting, immersed in green and with a thousand potential. Take care of the green part, as partly the bedrooms, although not all are equipped with air conditioning and refrigerated bar and in these periods of extreme heat you can't do without. There are no stands that distort the landscape in the direction: then there are towels and more lying on the couches of the relaxation area, there are no sun beds for 13 out of 40 beds. But what is most uncertain is the rigidity and the lack of hospitality and professionalism of the housewife or the person who takes care of the booking and administrative part (I believe the director is sending).

Accommodation

After a year we returned to this wonderful green space immersed in peace and silence, certain to find a corner of peace. So it was! The Mrs Veronica who runs the facility and one of her collaborators, Mrs Antonietta, have been exquisite and thoughtful to meet every need of ours, from those of food to those of practice. Kindness, cordiality and care of the guest dwell in this facility. We have found exactly the same characteristics of last year: comfortable and clean rooms, a well maintained swimming pool, a dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner with open tables, well spaced and above all where to be able to accommodate the summer precious personal belongings.

Feeling at home

We returned a year later to this wonderful paradise away from the noise, from the noisy city and conscious of finding a peaceful corner. And it was indeed so. We were welcomed by Mrs. Veronica who not only remembered us but also some of our food needs. The structure was organized exactly as last year: a swimming pool with a series of spacious beds, a large outdoor space dedicated to meals and absolutely clean rooms, in order, fragrant beyond the vast fields dedicated to agriculture. We had for two days, really found the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the relaxation that was needed. And the most magical place thanks to the presence of the pepper dam in San Antonio is the place where the sweetness of the smell of the smell of the smell of the smell comes very quickly. This was perhaps the most beautiful place to eat during the next meal, and we could definitely get back to the hotel. We are all looking forward to a nice lunch and relaxation meal.

Pleasant confirmation

I don't even know where exactly it is located as we were returning from rafting. Peace, tranquility, a beautiful swimming pool, a beautiful lake view make this farmhouse a unique place to recharge batteries. We chose not to go out and have dinner on the spot and we discovered simple but unique flavors that combined with a couple of bottles of good wine created a wonderful evening. One less star for the room that was large but with poor quality furniture and air conditioning not enough for the hot summer days. Even more serious, not having turned on the fridge and not planning a bottle of water on arrival. In the fridge of friends there was no room! Sometimes you lose with little.

I want to make a premise the 2 balls I put them not for the house that deserves it certainly deserves it, even if in the end we were sitting at a dog bar without a fridge bar despite the predisposition I claim to be warned...being summer but maybe it doesn't matter if the couple makes a note and I myself decided not to say anything.We were 4 pairs of friends, one of which was with a dog....all went well until lunch of the departure that we decided to do like the previous day at the hotel; we were sitting at a dog bar with other tables the lunch is a little too much of a barbecue being also the object of play of our neighbors' children customers who little tolerated it, it was a little bit of a barbecue but maybe it doesn't matter if the couple makes a note and I myself decided not to say anything. we were 4 pairs of friends, one of which was with a dog....all went well until lunch of the departure that we decided to do like the previous day at the hotel; we were sitting at a dog bar with other tables the bar makes a few bar too much of a barbec

Discrimination and Exaltation

A charming place immersed in the greenery of the Basilica. The staff have always been careful to make us feel comfortable taking care that we were not lacking anything to satisfy every desire. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, only the TV is missing in the room but on the other hand if you want to relax what you need?
