I arrived by train from Pisa and only had a map printout to find my way there. What that didn't tell me was that the way from the station is very steep and along a major road I had to cross, so I was gross and sweaty when I got to the house. I'd recommend taking a taxi or taking the escalators inside the train station into another part of town and making your way from there, much easier!

The B&B itself is located at the end of a road. There is a garden and a little swimming pool out back, which I had to myself the one time I took some time off from the city.

My room was next to the breakfast area, but since I got up early most mornings, I didn't mind that you could hear the other guests having their breakfast. I had the BEST cappuccino there!

The room was very spacious, with a huge bathroom. I had a great view from my windows. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. 

The wifi did not work all the time, but that was a minor inconvenience. Other reviewers already mentioned that the staff is not there all the time, so be prepared to mostly fend for yourself. They did give us their phone numbers, though, so in an emergency I could have called them.

All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this B&B for people who like to stay away from the busy city centre!

Out of the way but nice and quiet

We hired the Villa Peragnola for 5 days to celebrate a big birthday, and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our hosts, Lucia and her family, welcomed us to their lovely villa, which was spotlessly clean, modern and newly renovated. Even though we were here in the cold month of January, the villa was cosy and warm throughout our stay. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a full ensuite bathroom and the villa was very comfortable for our group of 10; it was spacious, and we did not feel crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and an ample supply of dishes and cutlery. Likewise, the bathrooms were well-equipped and included a hairdryer in each. Lucia gave very good advice about places to visit in Siena. We would definitely go back!

A great place to celebrate a big birthday!

We have closed the villa for 14 days in 5 friendly couples. Quiet and quiet place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The house is fully equipped. The rooms are great, the beds are huge and good. The bathrooms are wide. The kitchen, for those who like and know how to cook, is complete and equipped. If the idea is to stay in Siena and get to know other cities in Tuscany, as we did, staying in the villa is a great option.

We had booked this charming house for a week in August. When we arrived at the place, at the time of paying the 500€ deposit, what a surprise we were not to find that the household cost 150€ at the end of the stay... Finally briefly... Cherry on the cake, air conditioning is added to the rent... except that the price of electricity is exorbitant in Italy depending on the owner! The cost of a week of climate is 6 hours a day: 130€!!!! No other way to negotiate or verify the counters with the owners, rather bad faith, despite the apparent kindness of the first contact.

Beware of Fraud

We stayed for one night in this beautiful building near the center of Siena, surrounded by greenery, quiet with parking and swimming pool.

pleasant stay in Siena

Excellent bed & breakfast located in the green and quiet one km from Siena railway station. Large and very functional rooms, modern and pleasant furnishing. The owner (or manager) is nice and efficient. Breakfast more than good with fresh cornetts, toast, ham and cheese, 3 types of fruit juices, fresh fruit, cereals and coffee shop varies. Surely a very satisfactory accommodation. I paid 60 euros for single use and it is an absolutely advantageous price.

Modern, functional, immersed in the green

The structure run by a really kind and caring mother and daughter,I have always been little encouraged in booking a vacation at a B&B but in this case I have to reconsider.The location of the structure is very good a few minutes from downtown.Clean and cozy rooms,if I really have to be a little chilly (climatically).Simple but worthy breakfast.I will gladly return.

The kindness of the staff, the independence you go in and out whenever you want with the key to the stay, calm, beautiful design, very clean, excellent breakfast, all for a more than reasonable price.

It's a nice little hotel.

The B&B is run by two young girls. The rooms are really big and new. The facilities are bright and very colorful with a love of detail. Behind the house in the small garden is a beautiful pool. The location is perfect to explore the city in the evening. In the evening it makes more sense, since then all the tourist flows from Siena have disappeared. In front of the hotel there is a bus that goes directly to the city center or to the city wall (The city center is car free).

Fabulous Accommodation in Siena

Very nice place. Modern rooms and interior. Small but nice swimming pool. Unfortunately no WiFi in the rooms and the one that is in dinning area had tendencies to not working, but the personnel can always let you use their cable connected PC. Fridge in the room is rather looking better then working. You rather need a car to get there. Big, modern and clean bathroom!!!
