We spent a week as guests in this estate, where we found so much tranquility and a warm welcome from the owner, Mrs Sabrina, always smiling, always available made us feel comfortable in our house practically. So many beautiful horses in the enclosures, near us a pony, a donkey and a piglet always ready to look for cocks. Clean apartment full of all comforts, our dog was accepted, the owner always assumed that she was not lacking anything, she was ready to cock her, even gave her a ball to play with. Around us also 11 cats with whom our Sharon socialized. We could take a leisure walk in the pool and a beautiful and quiet walk inside the property.

We chose this facility for the convenience of the parking lot and the proximity to Siena, we were a little worried about the difficulties of finding accommodation for the car to visit Siena, but this turned out to be lucky because we found this farmhouse with a thousand amenities.

As soon as you arrive you seem to be plunging into an enchanted green world where the animals almost welcome you!:) The owner comes laughing and takes you into the app.to which is big and cozy like a house! Everything new, with a kitchen floor, beams in view, new set-up bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, rich breakfast and every day a sweet home made by the lady! I am celiac and she brought me a fresh gluten-free cake every day! A dream and a kindness seen!

Immerse yourself in a haunted farmhouse

We stayed in August 2020. The structure is well organized, in the interior and exterior spaces, very neat and stylish. Very comfortable to reach Siena and the Val D'Orcia. We used the pool quite often: the few residential structures make it always a remarkable tranquility. The very kind housewife in the evening brought us delicious cakes for breakfast the next morning. So maximum tranquility, isolation and excellent location. To return absolutely.

Wonderful place: immersed in the green, carefully cared for both outside and inside, warm, cozy, spacious and furnished with everything. Excellent breakfast, super furnished with everything (even for snacks and lunches on the fly) and complete with the delicious cakes that Mrs. Sabrina prepares😋😋☺️☺️ Location beautiful and very convenient to reach all points of interest, you are in the center of Siena in 5 minutes by car. Really perfect (and said by a tourist who works is not too little) We thank Mrs. Sabrina from the heart that, despite the weather and despite the bad times of restrictions, has made us really well! Other, not further worked than cut

A few steps from Siena, but immersed in the greenery. A strategic point for us who wanted to relax but still have a point of support to go out in the evening. Mrs Sabrina was able to recommend us the restaurants where we can eat and some excursions to do during the day. The apartment is well maintained, with daily cleaning and supplies for breakfast. We appreciated the swimming pool, equipped with drawers and umbrellas for customers. Positive the possibility of walking around the company and being able to see the family stable. We appreciated the professionalism, the cleanliness and the care of the details.

The apartment is very beautiful, furnished with taste and attention to detail, well equipped kitchen. impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast can be prepared in the apartment, with all the occasional that is provided every day from the farmhouse and with the delicious cakes prepared by the owner, Mrs. Sabrina. Another particularity is the swimming pool with salt water, always very clean, where you can spend relaxing hours, between an excursion and the other.

First time here in Siena in many years. Fantastic location, immersed in the green but at the same time five minutes from Porta Romana. Few owners immersed in a historic horse ranch (which is also possible to visit). Small but quiet swimming pool, suitable for relaxation. Spacious rooms / apartments, clean and well maintained, with all the comforts of the case.

I went with my wife and one and a half year old son. The stay was amazing. The room is like a house with kitchen and living room. Sabrina is amazing and always willing to help. Besides making reservations at the requested places, she makes several excellent suggestions.
