A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that it is possible to use the swimming pool exclusively, 1 km from the villa. Gas heating is available upon request and a surcharge of 30 EUR per night applies if requested.
