I have been a regular for a number of years and they never stop to amaze me. Over the years this family run hotel has been massively transformed and now it is one of the best places you can find in the area. Well managed, extremely clean, nicely designed and top restaurant with their master chef Franco and his delicious meals (you have to try his ‘Cotoletta alla Silana’ which can’t be found anywhere else, traditional homemade pasta like ‘Scilatelle’, local food like porcini mushrooms...everything look and taste great!). Looking forward to spending a relaxing long weekend in their SPA.
