Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel Alberto Bagner as they cancelled our booking in April 2024 as they had double booked our 2 rooms.  We booked in November 2023 for a stay in May 2024.  We are very disappointed and now have to find other accommodation at short notice. Very unhappy.

Beware of this hotel cancelling your reservation last minute

Very, very nice hosts were always approachable and helpful. The rooms were newly furnished and clean. The bathroom was small as usual in Italy, but with windows. The pool is large and clean and now there are enough beds and shades around it. Free parking is also available. The hosts speak Italian, English and German.

Nice hotel with great hosts.

It's the best hotel on Lake Garda! Super rooms, clean and great views. Super friendly owners and great breakfast on the quiet terrace.

That's great.

We only stayed for one night passing through, but this hotel is fantastic. The swim in the pool was a must after a very hot day. There were sun loungers around the pool and drinks can be purchased and drunk by the pool. The grounds are great, with swing seats and a nice seating area for drinks and a very nice breakfast before leaving. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony, the shower was fine, the Wi-Fi was good.  The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a shuttle bus 2 minute walk away and only costs 1€ each way into the historic town at the end of the peninsula. Would definitely recommend to our friends who like to tour Europe on their motorbikes.

Amazing hotel!

It's a small family hotel, authentically Italian, with very nice Italian hosts who also speak super German. You have everything you need. Shower works great, safe, air conditioning, small refrigerator, comfortable beds, small balcony with a small table and chairs for a glass of Aperol syringe in the evening (you can get it at the bar). Everything is available. There is also a free parking space and a pool with beds. Also a daily room cleaning. There is everything you need - we're in Italy, there's no 2 hours breakfast. The coffee is authentic: it's very delicious around Italy, it's served on a daily basis. We've been in Italy for a long time, and we'd like to get back to it, and we'd like to get back to it, because we're in Italy and we're not too far away from the bus and we'd like to get back to it.

A small Italian hotel

Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel was not at all satisfactory in the first place because of the room. This means that if the other reviews describe clean and pleasant rooms, the one without a balcony on the first floor at the end of the hall is not. And for once I can't really say that I appreciated the courtesy of giving us a larger room than the standard! We booked a double room and were assigned this triple room with a Scandinavian-style side bed, a single bed attached to the closet (blocking it) and a small iron bed covered in a fake marble door.

Very thin breakfast (coffee mega thin). Everything is ancient, belongs to years ago renovated! Showering was not possible because the shower cabin is very small and has no fittings (a browse from the ceiling without water).

Unreasonable

Very friendly and always helpful hosts, who also speak very well German. Check-in and check-out were simple. The room was cleaned every day. The room itself has everything you need. The air conditioning works very well. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The hotel has a great location in a very quiet area. You can park the car right on the property. The pool is very large, there are enough beds and sunscreens available. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 a.m. and you have a good choice of food. Sirmione is about 2km. You can rent bicycles and get to everything there for free. We had a very nice time and the accommodation is just fine.

A Perfect Stay

We stayed at this hotel in the first weekend of October, a small oasis of peace. Clean and cozy room, strategic point for visiting Sirmione walking with a half-hour walk past the San Vito Park. They were so kind that they allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot after check-out.
