Perfect stay at Hotel Olimpia!!!   Owners very friendly and welcoming.  Arrived early so left bags at the hotel, Dave gave us a map and recommended places to visit and what days would be best.  The location is perfect, some lovely bars, cafes and restaurants within a minutes walk.  All prices very reasonable.  The shuttle bus to the old town is only 1 euro, tickets can be purchased at the shop opposite the hotel.  The Kento Cafe opposite the hotel is also lovely, very cheap and friendly service.  

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in.  We were in room 3, we had a lovely bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge as it was our anniversary.  Room very spacious and bathroom too.shower was excellent. Very very clean, massive balcony overlooking the front road.  I never sleep well abroad but can say had some of the best nights sleep here, bed had memory foam mattress and pillows. The balcony doors had one of those pull down shutters so complete black out.  The air con was the best, not noisy and really effective.  Even the hair dryer in the bathroom was brilliant, i have long hair and usually they are hopeless bit this was really powerful. 

Friday night evening market and also Monday mornings right outside thw hotel... Perfect 

I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Price, location, comfort all OK.
Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Very close (5min. walking distance) to the lake.
Private parking included.
Shuttle bus at 2 minutes.
Plenty of restaurants, bars, gelatteria at walking distance.

One week near Garda Lake

This is a 2-3 star hotel but it offers a great deal. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Davide, the host, takes great care of his guests offering any help they need from recommendations to tips and tricks.
They were also very helpful with our baby boys and his needs (from the cot to sterilising his bottles and dummies etc). The hotel is located in the Colombare but not far from the old town/city center (7 minutes by car without traffic). It also offers free parking and internet.
God willing we will be back.

Great experience!

We found the host very friendly, willing to help with all the necessary information. The rooms are basic but have al the necessary things needed, even a fridge. It is a real family hotel. The breakfast is simple but decent.

Great with the necessary basics

The owner is super friendly and has lots of information about the area. The hotel was very easy to find after arriving on the bus. The facilities are clean and the room was very large. There's a nice deck you can relax on with a hammock and views of the lake. Some nice restaurants close by and it's a 20-odd minute walk to the old town up the peninsula.

Excellent place to stay near Lake Garda

I stayed at hotel olimpia for 3 days with my girfriend. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. The room is small but cozy, with good airconditioning and is close to sirmione. Totally recommended.
