Small but very friendly hotel - immaculately clean and well maintained, most welcoming and speaking excellent English. 

Breakfast is a normal Italian offer - but the buffet is served rather than "help yourself". Good coffee, second cup readily offered. No evening meal, but plenty of good choice from nearby restaurants.

Our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. We had a small balcony, but we could go out into the garden as well, and sat in the sun most afternoons. Rooms at the front of the hotel look onto the main street (great gelateria nearly opposite) - although car traffic is restricted (n.b. ZTL with cameras) in the summer, there are many pedestrians. 

We stayed six nights at the end of April, and watched Sirolo wake up from winter hibernation. The hotel is 250 metres from the main piazza, which overlooks the sea  (150 metres below!). Some nice walks on Monte Conero - map available at hotel reception, as well as an excellent guide book to all the surrounding villages.

We were able to park near the hotel for free every night until the last night. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces (also free) in a private car park about 5 minutes walk away ( but a stiff pull uphill to get to the hotel).

A warm and friendly place to stay in a lovely small town

We stayed at the family run Il Parco due to a recommendation by friends.  They even told us which room to get.  We are glad that we took their advice.  The hotel, although located on a main thoroughfare, was quiet and felt private.  It didn't hurt that the street it was on was closed to all but pedestrians every evening.  The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.  One of the best qualities of the hotel was their breakfasts.  Lots of it and something for every taste.  It's an easy 5 minute walk to a large assortment of restaurants and the main piazza where every evening people walk along the belvedere, overlooking the sea, eating gelato.

A warm and friendly place

We stumbled upon Hotel Il Parco because we got caught in a storm and had a little trouble with our vespa, so we had to stay in Sirolo for a few more nights. This is one of our most memorable B&B experiences from our trip, because of the very kind, genuine hospitality of the owners. They offered to drive us to collect our vespa which we had to abandon nearby because of the storm. They really went above and beyond to help us and were so friendly! You really get a sense that this is a very well managed, family-run place. Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a perfect location, only a few minutes away from the centre, and walking distance to most of Sirolo's beaches, as well as Numana. Our favourite part of the stay was breakfast, which included a spread of homemade Italian pastries, tarts, and cakes, as well as fruit, cereal, cheeses, hams etc. We also appreciated the cappuccinos, friendly welcome and good ambiance at breakfast. We highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Sirolo!

Wonderful, centrally located place with exceptional hospitality!

Il Parco Hotel, is a very nice little building in the main street of Sirolo. Lorenzo is a great host, always there with a smile and good advice. Love the espressos in breakfast time.
We stay there for 4 days and we only have good words and  gratitude for providing us a great holiday. Highly recommended.

Great experience!! Wonderful place!!

Good location in the middle of beautiful Sirolo. Very friendly owners, clean and neat family room for 4. Nice breakfast in the garden. Parking place included at a 5 minute walk. Perfect shuttle bus service to wonderful beach. We enjoyed our short stay in vivid Sirolo and Il Parco!

Sincere hospitality

The couple who runs the hotel is very friendly: we were welcomed with a plate of fresh oysters. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room was in an annex across the street from the main building, and right on the street: it is not a great view, but in the evenings and at night there is no traffic, as all traffic is banned from the center of town. The location is great, as it is only two minutes away from the lively center and in walking distance from the two major beaches. Our room was like a small apartment: it had a queen size bed (with a good mattress) in the front and a bunkbed in the back, ideal for a couple with two children. The bathroom in between was small, the shower really tiny. The room was air conditioned and had a fan and a small refrigerator. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was in the garden of the main building, which is next to the Park (great for a stroll). Breakfast was OK, we didn't like the coffee.

small and simple hotel in good location

Hotel Il Parco is a great little hotel in Sirolo. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the shower is very tiny. Also they prefer to be paid in cash and their credit card machine seems to have a problem with overseas credit cards. Michelle 

Lovely hotel in a beautiful town

We stayed here for three days in July and was very satisfied with our stay.
The room we got was big and clean and we got a small balcony overseeing the main street in the village.

The location of the place is perfect, since you only have about 2 minute to walk to the village center.

The couple who runs this place are very friendly and helpful.
And I have nothing negative to say about my stay.
