It's a really nice place... very nice park with house on the tree and playground xbimbu. very nice and intimate swimming pool.

Relax and taste

The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Awesome view, the gardens are very beautiful. We had a relaxing stay although it's a bit far from city center, about 20 mn not much.you need a car while staying there.

Beautiful hotel

Well, the disappointment is so much, knowing that I've been lost all these years a place like this makes me very sad, having found it sooner would have changed the way I go on vacation, to untie the spine, relax and eat well, there's nothing better, the structure is beautiful, simple but elegant and perfectly maintained, a huge garden with a beautiful pool, very clean and welcoming rooms, kind and available staff, I can't help but mention Regina, who, by taking care of the hospitality of clients, represents this job task best, never in our holidays have we found such a kind and thoughtful person, which is a true passion for the work he was doing and for the grassland in which he lived, by transmitting his emotions, Daniel could describe the wonderful places and places that we've been visiting, and we've already found this wonderful place, and if we could only get back to seeing what he's doing, we'd be able to look for the most wonderful places, and if we've gotten to see what he's doing, we'd be able to see where he's going, we'd

Just exceptional

Paradise is here! A spectacular park with ancient plants and a wonderful pond. A swimming pool with salt water is big and beautiful. But what makes this place unique is the welcome of Silvia and Regina who make you feel at home and who each morning make homemade cakes better than the other. We will never leave here again!!

Unforgettable

Just what we needed, Relax, a very clean location, a large swimming pool with a hot tub inside, our beautifully large and clean apartment, very sweet and friendly staff, a beautiful living room🌸.

A splendor

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our tour. Parents and a Teenage girl
The room included also a kitchen area. We had all the dishes to our use. So we could prepare our own food. We took also breakfast which was good.
The hotel area is very nice with wide garden and a pool area. Also, there is a barbeque area.
The hotel was 15 minutes from Verona airport and 30 minutes from GardaLand attractions. 
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Wi-fi worked good. The owners are very nice and welcoming.
The pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it as we traveled every day.
We had a nice stay.

Nice Stay

Excellent quality and super-equipped residence, beautiful swimming pool, beautiful park with pond, excellent breakfast and very kind owner!! Very suitable for families with children! We will be very happy to return!

It's a perfect place to stay.

We've been staying here for over 10 years and the quality of service has been steadily increasing. A really recommended address because the apartments are very well decorated and functional and most importantly very clean, we change the sheets, the drapes and the cleaning is done there regularly and not just after a week as in most other rents. The whole property is very well maintained, the parking lot is large and is inside the property. The reception of the owners is charming, they are always available to their guests. The situation is perfect, in a charming little village located between Verona and the guard lake, near a highway exit while being calm.

That's great.

What to say...overall my impressions are good. But there are some "minuses" which need to be noted:
1. Late check-in costs 40 Euro extra. 
2. No way to eat something. There is only wending maschine with the cips and cookies. 
3. There is nothing to make tea/coffee in the room - no water (except tap water) , tea bags, sugar ... kitcken is absolutely empty. 
4. We found a bug in out bathroom in the morning
5. The women on the reception was wintry 
6. Nothing to do without the car. 

But to be honest there are a lot of "pluses" as well: 
1. Quite and beautiful place
2. Rabbits on the greenfield )
3. Spacious and well furnished rooms
4. Very tasty breakfast
5. Secure parking
6. Convinient location for car deivers
7. We decided to leave one day earlier - booking was modified without any problems. 
8. Wi-Fi is fast

I would stay here again next time. Just be prepared for the "minuses" and keem them in mind.

Good but not perfect

My wife and my four and five-year-old daughters were here for the Ognissanti Bridge. A very nice, clean and spacious apartment. A strategic location for visiting all the nearby places and parks of interest.
