Bella 'Mbriana

From the second we made our booking till the very last day of our stay, communication with the host of this Guesthouse was superb! We informed the host of our super late arrival to which he quickly replied with much better and convenient options to go about doing that even though it meant losing money on his part because it was impossible to get there via our way of transportation from the Naples airport due to time schedules of the train to get there. Basically there are no trains to get to Sorrento at the time of our very late landing time at the airport. He allowed us to cancel and modify our number of nights. The next day we still came in late because the train to get there was not on time, but he was there and still ready to cordially receive us which we really appreciated. He's got a schedule of all the bus and train schedules to get in and around the area and we used his useful timetable chart for our travel plans to the amalfi coast and recommendations which were spot on. The place was squeaky clean, and smelled so good, probably the best smelling place we've stayed in so far. Never had a problem with the shared bathroom, was always available and squeaky clean. Bed was so comfortable and enjoyed our balcony moments. His mini kitchen with refrigerator and coffee tea amenities with plates cups and utensils were very useful, we used it everyday. Delicious coffee!!! He's got a really good system going on in this guesthouse and it really helps keep the place pleasant, quiet, clean, serene, comfortable and peaceful. Place is close to many restaurants, markets, attractions, bus stops and train/public transportation. overall just wonderful, would definitely stay here again!! Oh and our room was big!
