We stayed two nights. The room that was assigned to us is certainly not worthy of a four-star hotel, but not even remotely. It's small, narrow, unclean. Like everything else, the hallway leading to the rooms is unclean: dirty, old, ruined carpet. Breakfast in the middle of a two- or three-star hotel.

We're not...

Fantastic location.  The walled ancient town was on our doorstep and the town centre seem to be very near as well.

Quite dated, but we were perfectly comfortable. Had a beautiful Seaview with balcony. There is a bar below, the music was very loud going on into the early hours, but with the doors shut and the shutters closed the noise was minimal. If you are a light sleeper like us, take your earplugs just in case!  (I don’t think the music is loud every single night). The Aircon works very well. The room was small, but perfectly comfortable and clean. There was even a mezzanine with a small, single bed, not that we needed it. The bed was extremely comfortable.  The breakfast was disappointing, but the coffee was good. Marina, the receptionist was very friendly helpful and professional.  We managed to park our car very near to the hotel and there was no charge.

It's perfect.

All right, very kind and polite staff. Elevator. Clean rooms with everything you need for a night. Too bad the wind was strong. We couldn't sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view.

Kindness and courtesy by the sea

Great location chosen for this reason. Very small bathroom room and lines of mold on the shower stucco. But this can pass, but a 4-star breakfast with Cornetti on a voluntary basis 2 juices discounted to caraff a plate of sliced, yogurt like juices discounted. Fruit zero. I seem VERY FEW. Service I don't talk about. Maybe you pay for the location, but I was in a room that was leading the way.

This is the first time I've seen this.

Perfect and super strategic location to visit Termoli and for a trip to the Tremiti. They pick up your car and you forget it. You walk into the historic center with a bunch of good restaurants and also walk to the port to board for the Tremiti.

I'm sure the top is in Termoli.

Excellent hotel, very clean in every area, located in front of the sea and the old town of Termoli.

For work

I stayed in a two-story four-room, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast both sweet and salty, friendly and available staff.

I have to say, elegance, cleanliness and warmth are the masters of this hotel, impeccable service, plenty of breakfast, delicious room service, landscape never seen before, just three words to summarize a few days of work:

It's definitely strategically located close to the beach and the historic center. Room with good mattresses and pillows. Desktop present. WiFi and phone not working. Breakfast is discreet with sweet and salty
