Wonderful - if you want to be away from it all with a friendly welcome - here’s your place! Very spacious lofty cool rooms, the odd goat 🔔 in the distance the only sound. Big bathroom, comfortable large bed, fridge for drinks, fruit etc ✅. Good breakfast with home made cakes, yogurt, fruits, sweet & savoury options - ample good ☕️! 2km from Teulada with its excellent choice of restaurants - go to the Pescatori for the best seafood- murena a rare option 😋! 2 mins by car from the crystalline sea 🤿 a must - pristine Spiaggia degli Americani the best, quiet with minimum facilities👌. Overall Agrituerra is great value - next time we’re on Costa del Sud - we’ll stay here 😄!

You want peace & quiet - stay here 😁!

Efisio is like this, you realize right away that what he does is not only his work, but also his passion. Structure immersed in the green of Teulada, well-groomed rooms and complete with everything you need (there is no TV and Wi-Fi, but I assure you that they do not serve if you want to live this experience to the fullest).

The Passion Made Personally

We chose this farmhouse with the need to really unwind and we were not disappointed! Spending a few days here was an unforgettable experience: the calm and quiet of the countryside but only 10 minutes from the wonderful sea of this area and the village of Teulada, the incredible starry sky that you can fully enjoy before you get laid is priceless! All accompanied by the hospitality and sympathy of Ephesus (cooker and oste exceptional!) and his wife.

Unforgettable

Beautiful B and B in the green and among the trees. Large and comfortable rooms. Beautiful sea at 2 steps. Efisio the perfect owner cook and guest. Food to try both meat and fish. Good quality price ratio. If you are looking for peace, beauty and good food, I recommend you.

Nice place, great reception.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed it a lot. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The accomodation and breakfast was very good. The rooms are basic and clean. We ate one time dinner at Sa Tuerra. It was 
 5 courses with seafood and fish. It Was totally awesome. The price was very reasonable and it was the best food we had in Sardinia so far. Would stay and eat here definitely again.

Friendly host, nice location and awesome dinner

We were greeted by this very sad spectacle of a dog tied to the h24 chain and two others holed up next to the gas pump (see photo). To the question about the status of dogs, the owner candidly replies that dogs are hunting, so they must be kept tied to the links otherwise they do harm. I infer that they keep them loose only when they are brought to hunt? Who knows....although this undignified advice has ruined our state of mind and also the holiday industry. Even the bedroom has not brought our own humidity, because it's a very good idea to keep the ex-girlfrigerator who has avoided all the characteristics of the fridge in this room... so much so that they have to do with the bathroom and the bathroom, especially in the hotel room.

Dogs on the chain all day long

SILENCE, two steps from the sea, delicious food from breakfast to dinner! The rooms are cool (although climate-friendly) and perfectly clean. The reception is the hallmark of this wonderful b&b. If you are looking for an unforgettable holiday this is the place!

A wonderful vacation.

This was our second stay in Sa Tuerra. We chose to return to visit Efisio and his daughter Daniela because we were impressed by their hospitality and warmth, the spacious rooms, the silence surrounding the b&b in the evening, the beautiful chatter, the excellent and abundant cuisine, the strategic location to visit beautiful beaches.... and we can say that this will be the last time!!

Don't ever be disappointed!

We spent a week at the B&B Sa Tuerra and were enthusiastic about it. The other reviews fully respect what we found in the structure: tranquility, impeccable cleanliness, proximity to the most beautiful coastlines of the island and the superlative hospitality of the manager Efisio. Efisio is for us an additional motivation to return because we found in him a proven professionalism (from acceptance to the entire stay), from his breakfasts, to pantagruels of fish and meat, to his sincere and spontaneous sympathy.

We're going back!

We stayed in this place for one night, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the owner of the B&B got us a super nice breakfast the next morning with a good homemade cake and seasonal fruit picked from his trees.
