I was traveling with 2 Italian friends: we thought we would try the terme at Tivoli, but we did not realize they are in Bagno di Tivoli, where this delightful B&B is, for the thermal springs which were not nice at all and I do not recommend them: also for visiting Tivoli itself, this lovely place is about a 10 minute drive. Not really sure why one would stay here, but we all loved it! the owners are lovely couple and served a simple nice breakfast with homemade jams and good coffee. The hallways were beautifully redone recently with marbles and wrought iron railings. Our room was a spacious 3 single beds, with attractive curtains, new windows, new tile floors of a nice design and excellent lovely clean and shiny modern bathrooms. Quiet location back street but the town itself is ugly. The Thermal springs are only a block away, but you don't want to go there. We stayed one night. Lovely breakfast room, simple and done with perfect taste. A few nice antiques, and really art including original old maps on the walls. Not in anyway "overdone" . Would stay here again in again if it made sense to be in this location. Free really good wifi.
