It's a really nice place to have a nice day, and the area is also full of very beautiful natural things within a few miles.

It's all right!

I've spent two nights in the facility and I've found a comfort of lightness, intoxicated by the olive trees and sounds of nature, finally a facility that doesn't have a television but projects you into a dimension of comfort in communication with yourself and your self.

Nice structure, clean and with a beautiful view. Nice property and very available. Recommended! We got up late and left early. The property has been waiting for us on both occasions. Comfortable and well-maintained room. Nice common room, cozy.

That's great!

On our arrival the reception of the property was a great premise for spending a few days immersed in the green and in complete relaxation. Although there is no garage, the car can be safely parked in the front of the farmhouse. We greatly appreciated the suggestions on the dining and lunch premises, with a good quality/price ratio and local food cooked with care and taste. The spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms are characterized by bathroom to room cleaning and the care of the details in the furnishings. In the morning, the customers wake up pleasant thanks to the harmonious sound of the wind. The reception is plentiful and serene. They really notice in many details besides in the approach of the customer to the passionate and professional relationship, but considering their personal and personal life, the guests do not have a very simple, but very personal and personal life, but considering the property.

Quiet villa, courtesy and hospitality

I slept one night in this villa with my husband and another couple of friends. We arrived a little late but the lady was available and brought us the keys without any problems. The b and b is very nice with a nice view in a quiet place. The lady also pointed us to some restaurants where to eat. Breakfast and we were in a country bar where we found choice and a lot of kindness. We fell in love with the lady's cats...we would have taken them away!!!!

Landscape and quiet villa

The property has a very strong potential and is located 2 minutes from a really nice village (Tocco da Casauria). We chose to stay 2 nights because it was convenient for us for some excursions in Majella, having found nothing else in the Caramanico area in mid-August. The price is not suitable in my opinion especially if for reasons related to the covid (but more for its convenience) the owner decides to change some rules (it would just prepare an email and make a copy attached)!! If you no longer prepare breakfast on site and customers can not use the kitchen, you have to do it presently!!! We would have looked for another without a doubt! These two postcards were communicated to us at the arrival and we have to take the car to the bar and choose a nice room and a nice bed and breakfast in the morning.

So many things to improve

We stayed in the Masseria for one night in the week of February. The structure is very cozy and right away Maria (the owner of the house) makes you feel comfortable. The rooms are essential and the cleaning is excellent. The room does not have TV and air conditioning, but if we realize the kind of structure in which we find ourselves beautiful is just that; immersed in nature and at an altitude where even on the hottest days it pulls out a cool ventilator that allows you to rest in the com beds. Breakfast is Italian so don't expect anything. Maria has been interviewed by me several times for various information has always been available, and above all (not everyone does it) and given the possibility of using a freezer and refrigerator in the downstairs floor to take us to the freshest place to get out of the chimney.

Great experience, B&B with all the comforts and maybe even more!

I and my friends have chosen to spend the New Year (nights of 30 and 31) at the Masseria of Villa Giulia. At the time of check-out, the price set at the reservation (through booking) is arbitrarily subject to variations: we are asked for a supplement for kitchen use and for the full use of the spaces of the house (for a total of €100 more).

Everything very basic, except the price.

We arrive at the farmhouse to spend the New Year with friends. We are in large numbers, we book the whole structure (except for a night when no other guests were present). We find a surcharge on the agreed price for the use of the kitchen, indicated on booking among the services offered. We accept the condition not to create discomfort. We find cold rooms and dirty sheets. At the time of payment we discover an additional surcharge for the total use of the structure, a condition that is mandatory as we are the only guests.

New year's surprise

We decided to spend the last year with friends and therefore we booked the whole place. The owner, who was kind and confused, requested a supplement for the use of the living room, in which we soon had a te in the afternoon we arrived (the te we brought home).
