Two nights in this hotel. We arrive at 3:30 and they give us the keys to the room, we come upstairs and the room is not ready, but even with the mattresses outside the room. We go down and they don't know anything about it, they tell us to come back after half an hour.

Pro: excellent location very close to the center, quiet parking possibility even if you have to leave the keys, simple breakfast but ok, spare room but acceptable given the price of the room, air conditioning ok Conversely: the common parts are negligible, carpets on the stairs dirty, old doors and badly smelled of candlestick... mattresses a little too lived the owners are very kind so the price is good but it is a little neglected

Pros and cons... but overall neglected.

Very central location, very close to the beach, very nice place with very welcoming staff, small but very nice room and with a nice balcony, only one spot lacked air conditioning and the shovel sweats at night.

Let's start with the fact that I got an economical room, called a small couple room. For our small needs it wasn't. I try to summarize the pros and cons of Pro: very quiet area two steps from the promenade, Clean, hospital managers. Con: I booked by specifying that I wanted parking: there was no space and I had to leave the new car in a public parking lot 700 meters away from the structure. Breakfast a little scarce, only cow's milk, no soy or rice. You can only ask for a hot drink at the bar.. (but in honor of a coffee plus there's really no stories), anyway no cakes and slices at the minimum. Old furniture and doors all sliding, but ugly... It looks like the Adams family bathroom. Clean but used up... but cheaply used... but in 60 years, it's a lot better with a little laminated floor, but in the end, it's a lot better with a little more...

Old but clean and courteous managers

Comfortable area as it is quite downtown and close to the Lungolago. As for arriving at the hotel, few indications.. even the owners assume that you are practical in the area and then they tell you to go there, go there, but not clearly.. rooms and old structure, the shower spray was broken and was losing water from all sides. disappointing breakfast.. some slices of ham and cheese, some brioches (not too good), slices of biscuits.. no cakes, no chance of having free fruit juice or cold milk taken free.. coffee and hot drinks are made by them, but no one explains if you can just take a cup or ask for the biscuits.. well there are animals that accept no supplement.

Disappointing

The rooms are simple but clean and have all the balconies, the owner is attentive and friendly, and the breakfast is good and plentiful, and the price-performance ratio at Lake Garda is not going to be much better.

Simple and cheap

Small, clean hotel, easy room layout, but enough for two to three days of short vacation, at the price you can't expect luxury accommodation, a short distance to the lake, restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

For two or three nights and the price is perfectly fine.

Unfortunately, the rooms were very poorly furnished. The breakfast was very poor and the staff was not very friendly. The situation is very good about everything. But otherwise I certainly wouldn't take it anymore. Unfortunately, it's also not very clean.

Wouldn't visit again

It's quietly located in a side street. The disadvantage of the parking lot is very small and narrow. It's public and free parking in about 300 meters. It's a quiet hotel. It's clean and big. Breakfast is enough.

Good hotel for one or two nights

It was a bit difficult to find as the signage is very small and the GPS didn't find the road, but when we did eventually find it, we were pleasantly surprised.
They offer off-street parking which is a bit tight to get into, but once you have parked, you really don't need your car again, as you can walk everywhere.
The room was comfortable, however lacking plug points.
The bathroom was a bit pokey, but adequate.
The breakfast included in the room rate was very tasty.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very close to restaurants and the Ferry.
