Il Frescale was the highlight of our family trip! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the food was incredible—authentic, local, and clearly made with care. Everything about the experience felt personal and heartfelt. We left with full bellies and even fuller hearts. We did a pizza cooking class with Alfonso, which was such a fun and memorable experience for all of us. The whole team made us feel like family—Angelo was incredibly kind and spoke to us in French, English, and even German! Rosa makes the most delicious desserts we’ve had on our trip, and everything we ate was grown right there on their land. Marilena, even though she only speaks Italian, made us feel so welcomed with her warmth and love. The hospitality was as authentic as the food. A truly special place we will never forget. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend!
