We stayed here one night, while driving down from Assisi to the Valle d'Itria. We had a lovely, room, with a high ceiling and balcony onto a palm-lined square. If it hadn't been in restoration, our view would also have been of the church opposite. I think we had been upgraded, because it was the end of the season - our room had a nice big bed, two other beds and a table and chairs, as well as the en suite. It was just up our street - stone floors, white walls and nice old furniture - wrought iron beds and nice crisp white bed covers. It doesn't do breakfast, but there are bars close by. The proprietors were charming and very helpful. Trani is a lovely seaside old town - we wish we had had one more night there.
