6 fantastic days spent in couple in this little corner of Paradise. A precious gem, the Piereni chalet, set in the Piereni valley. majestic peaks of the San Martino di Castrozza complex around us; spectacular the color of the rock in contrast to the green of the forests and prairies. Comfortable rooms, excellent cleaning. The morning began with an abundant and very good breakfast served on the chalet terrace (sweet and salty and with all the products made by the chef), in an enchanting setting. Every day a different tour, with a wide choice of routes: those for families to simple chairs or for expert excursion. In the afternoon, the restaurant is resting ready, happy, but already admired in the relationship of the lovely doctors. After this day, we still enjoyed the lovely dining room, and every second time, we enjoyed the lovely and pleasant dining room, which made me feel more comfortable with my husband and staff in the valley.

A Corner of Paradise

I've been going to this restaurant for years, and the service and quality of the food is always on the top. The surroundings are very spacious and having lunch outdoors in the tranquility of the place is unparalleled.

She's riding in the Dolomites' paradise.

I went to Easter, and besides the all-you-can-eat menu, they had a vegan-only menu. I ate deliciously, fresh dishes and the right portions. Very kind and generous staff. Everything perfect!

Great for a vegan like me!

Almost by chance, we return to this restaurant every time we pass by the First Fair... delicious dishes, quality ingredients, great wines... all framed by a breathtaking landscape.

Great lunch in a wonderful location.

I knew the area but I had never been to the Piereni and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. booking made at the last minute one room remained small but enough for two people and very clean. great restaurant with a wide selection of dishes for dinner. breakfast with a good variety of homemade cakes and a small salty corner and a small chick of being able to prepare fruit centrifuges. great price ratio especially for the period and also because it was included in the price of half pension even the New Year's dinner

I'm sure we've known the Chalet for many years and it never let us down...this year we had the chance to take a mini vacation in June and then another 10-day vacation in September in half boarding with our furry kids and once again they surprised us...always kind and available x any information advice or problem...we were treated like princes we and our Aiko is Shiro...the rooms are all comfortable in alpine style like the restaurant...there's also a beautiful land x having breakfast or lunch overlooking the Pale of San Martino...the breakfast and rich and buffet...the dishes are tasty and well prepared for each eye...the villagers and the passers-by are also soon to get back to the car... it's a beautiful day, it's a beautiful day, we're definitely enjoying a nice view of the last couple of days, we're also enjoying a nice view of the park, we're also enjoying the last couple of days, we're enjoying a nice view of the city.❤️

A really delicious and welcoming place, good service even though the place was very crowded. Traditional dishes very tasty and wide choice in the menu. Both from inside and outside you can enjoy a beautiful view.

I would very much like to return.

The Piereni has always been a magical place, it's worth going up and admiring a breathtaking view, great restaurant, quality food and very courteous staff, even the upstairs living room doesn't disappoint, a place that's good for body and spirit.

Magical Place Worth the Walk

It's a structure found by chance by checking the area's availability. We stayed one night in the attic. Comfortable beds, bathroom with shower. Great dinner. Waking up in the morning in the middle of the green with priceless mountain views. Breakfast is sweet and salty and as for dinner, pay attention to gluten free. Very cordial managers.

For those who want to pull the plug

Chalet Piereni is in a dreamy location and this already sets you in a good mood for their hearty and generous home-style cuisine. 

I would go back again and again just for their canederli trio, which are the best I've ever tried without the use of "luxury" ingredients (such as truffle): moist, incredibly tasty (they come in three varieties: cheese, beetroot, speck), and lusciously dressed with butter and  parmesan.

In the course of two visit (it was out favourite choice to recover from our long walks in the mountains...), we also tried their soups, an asparagus velouté deeply enriched by finely chopped speck, and a humble leek and potato equally enriched by the "Puzzone di Moena" cheese.

A grilled "tosela" with polenta and field mushrooms was good although after a while the taste experience begins to be a little dull - we preferred another version of the dish with local sausage. A pasta with porcini ("old style" with cream, but not too much) was very tasty with a generous amount of the splendid mushrooms (obviously preserved given the season, but good quality), and the pasta was nicely cooked.

Service is polite and friendly. If you can eat outside, do it as the view is fabulous, but also the inside room in alpine style is cute. Prices are super-friendly in view of quality and quantity.
