We had the studio apartment on the ground floor; entry is through the main door and interior courtyard.  It is very spacious, with a full size kitchen (refrigerator, stove, utensils, cookware, etc) including coffee and condiments to make moka.  The cabinets did smell a bit musty.

It is located on a nice quiet street with access to everything.

Donatella personalized the map with the different touring options and also had all of the transportation information available.  We had been a bit concerned about getting to Segesta since there is limited information about transportation on the internet, but she had everything at her fingertips.

The major downside – due to the hard water, the shower fixtures were a bit calcified.  In addition, I was surprised to see that the holder for the shower head was broken.  This did not look like a new problem and therefore it was not a pleasant showering experience.  

Since it was an apartment, breakfast was not included, but coffee and tea were provided.

We stayed at Donatella’s Apartment for a few days. It is in a really great position to discover Trapani. Unfortunately the description and photos on the site are misleading and wifi was very unreliable. One couple had to sleep in a room with no privacy as the others had to walk through to get to the kitchen. It may be suitable for a family with children but not couples travelling together

A disappointing stay

“Beautiful place with great athmosphe and Italian charm. Donatella was very nice and helpful. If you are with car there is very convenient public parking at a square nearby (at the time we were there the rates were 0.80 € per hour during the day, free at night).”

Nice place

I spent a couple of nights here with friends last week. What to say? We cannot find a single fault: excellent location, extremely clean and comfortable, great value...perfect, just perfect.
Donatella (the receptionist) is a goldmine of good tips and she's competent, professional, welcoming...I'll be back :)

Just perfect

We had the appartment.nr 1 groundlevel.  Therefor it is somehow noisy when people or cars pass by. But there is excellent airco and a smal kitchen. Its a spacious room. Every 2 days change of towels etc. And Donatella is Bert helpfull and speaks well English.

Good appartement close to center

I traveled in Sicily for nearly a month and this apartment was the nicest place I stayed during the entire trip.  The apartment had very large rooms with high ceilings, was modern, clean and a pleasure to stay in.  There was also a very large eat in kitchen.

It also had a great location, just down the street from the bus stop to Palermo.  Donatello was always available and immediately brought us a small pot that we needed to boil water.
