Just returned from a five night stay at the Parco Dei Principi that was one of the best short breaks we have ever had. the hotel wholeheartedly deserves and fulfills the four star rating it advertises. From the moment we arrived to the time we departed, we were made extremely welcome. The room was fantastic, newly refurbished and with a spectacular sea view from our balcony. Compliment WiFi, free room safe, great flat screen TV. Reception staff, Matteo, Roberto and Fabio ensured our every need was catered for. We had the pleasure of dining in the main restaurant as well as the on site Trattoria LaConda, where our serving staff Fernando and Teresina offered five star service. Food was truly superb, from the simple continental breakfast to the four course lunches and dinner. Always a varied choice of vegetables, pasta, fish, meat and deserts. If anyone has a problem with the food they have a bigger problem in their self. To complete the great experience, the hotel owner Giuseppe constantly mingled and interacted with the guests to ensure their well being. This hotel deserves to succeed and we will definitely be returning at our earliest opportunity. A massive THANK YOU!!!
