Silvia and Elena took great care of us. Every morning there was a personal welcome with breakfast with lots of fresh and even homemade products. Everything is well organised, very neat and perfectly clean!

The pool is one of the freshest I have ever seen and every day there were plenty beds and parasols available. In the weekend there is a small cafeteria at the pool with fresh made products. We had some great local tips, enjoyed the barbeque they gave and took home the olive oil they produce themselves. Borghetto, Verona and of course the southern Villages of Garda lake are in close reach. 

Conclusion is that we had a great time and would definitely come back if we are in the area.

We had a very pleasant stay!

If you want to have a quiet and idyllic vacation on Italian countryside between the grape fields an olive groves ca 15 km from lake Garda, this is just a perfect place! We were two families with children (ages 4 and 8), visiting July 2018. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious and with air condition. We loved the swimming pool in front of the house, especially the kids. On the weekends there was also a little bar by the pool, where you could buy drinks, ice cream and lunch (salads, sandwiches etc). The two sisters in charge are super nice, friendly and helpful. Although they don't speak much English they always try to help and give information about the area and restaurants etc. They have a cow farm next to the house and therefore lot of flies that might come to the room if you forget to keep the cover in front of the window. They also have a garden or small filed where they have hens and grow tomatoes, blackberries, zucchini, beans etc. You can enjoy these products on their breakfast table, which some days was a bit richer than the other days.But maybe its because we always came late :) 
For the price you really get quite maximum. We prolonged our stay for one night and would have stayed even longer if we wouldn't have a time limit. Gracie Silvia e Elena! :)

Super nice and quiet place for relaxing vacation

We spent one night in this family run house when travelling to South France. Communication with Silvia was fast and efficient. Our room was number 5, clean and well furnished. Silvia proposed tickets and even the golf cart rental for visit in the near-by Giardini Sigurta for the discounted price, what we accepted with pleasure. If you have at least 2 hours, just do it, it is worth the visit. Morning we got a rich breakfast buffet as well as cheese and salami proposed by Silvia. Based on this positive experience we decided to utilize the same place for the stopover for backward trip. It was even better, as they started restaurant service. We arrived short before 7 p.m., Silvia immediately offered us with choice from short, but rich menu (appetizer, 3 primi, 3 secondi and dessert). After sipping our glass of vine we had a tasty dinner, meals were home made, but with professional taste and presentation. I can't imagine  better evening after some 800 km in the car. Night and breakfast again with no problems. Service was very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone, either for just stopover as we did, or for longer stay to discover surrounding arrea of Lago di Garda and Mincio Valley. Thank You.

Clean and looks new. Brakfest is dicent. Air conditioning is very good .close to small town with good piza and other  . Will go back again

Very nice place near Garda Lake

This place is amazing, very clean and in a great location.
Be careful from the stuff! their service is below any expectation.
They look at you annoyed and do not fulfil your request until you repeat it at least twice (standing water in the bath tab, extra pillow....)
Breakfast is ok, generosity is not their strength....

Beautiful property with great potential that is poorly executed... such a pity!

Two sisters managing the place with clear preference for money guaranteed than clients satisfaction!

With 3 families of friends (total 11 pax) we wanted to spend New Year's Eve together in this place. We all booked two nights (because they don't accept to have only the night of 31st). The other 7 friends already there and waiting for us. We want to go for the second night and the dinner (cenone). By the way, already paid a deposit for the first night!
On 30th afternoon we call telling we cannot be there the first night since one of the kids is sick. In 5 phone calls (3 times hung off my face) they "explained" us that they "cannot trust us" us be there for the second night, they feel "us teasing them", that they cannot take the risk not to have the room filled and "who can give us the money in case you don't show up?". Result: they didn't keep the room. So our new year eve with friends is dead.  In summary not polite, not proactive, not helpful, rude, totally unpleasant with customers and really thinking only how to make more money since "new year's eve come only one night in the year". 
Yes, and some customers never in your life!! You don't deserve them!

I write in English because it's important that all international customers know the risks such a place could imply. You pay the deposit you take the trip and they give away the room. 

PS: they offered to help us: "do you have internet at home? You check boooking.com for a place close to us and we keep you the place for the dinner". I guess there is no need of comments.
