Nice B&B central in Vasto. Squeeky clean, daily cleaning, small sidestreet with own entrance pr room. Breakfast included at a choice of two cafés 5min distance. The owner even picked me up from the busterminal arriving from Roma, without being asked. Good prices! Vasto is a beautiful small town, a pearl on the Adriatic coast, great beach and Wildlife Reserve 'Punta Aderci' nearby.

We booked this place not really knowing what to expect, we chose the location because it was the right distance for a days travel on our tour of Italy. We were surprised by what we found. The medieval part of the town was a great suprise and the B&B is only a couple of minutes walk from this part of town so we were very happy with its location. We had to text the owner when we arrived and they turned up about 10 minutes after. The room was clean and tidy but event though it had a small kitchen there were no saucepans or utensils. there wasn't even a kettle to boil water. We didn't intend to use the kitchen so it wasn't a big problem for us and we had a pot in the car that allowed us to get our hot water for a cup of tea in the evening.
The wifi was good and we didn't have any problems with it.  
There is a supermarket and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parking is available at a nearby multistory carpark and Marilna supplied us with a pass to get into it and also showed us personally where it was. You are able to park your car outside the room for a short period to unload and load the vehicle but it blocks access for other residents so it can't be left there..
The supplied breakfast is at one of two cafe's in the town and Marilna also took us around to show us where they were. 
Marilina was very helpful in getting us settled in and even though she does not speak a lot of English and we speak even less Italian we managed to get things sorted out.
