This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in takes place at the Agenzia Boreal agency, in Corso del Sole 66, a 10-minute walk away. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or buy them on site (hygienic and disposable) at a cost of EUR 18 for double bed, EUR 13 for single bed, EUR 13 for towels set (1 medium + 1 big). Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, or a final cleaning charge of EUR 60 will apply. Please note that the pool is open from May until September. Please note that the beach area comes at a surcharge.
