I am not used to giving such negative reviews, but in this case I feel almost obliged. I stayed at this hotel for one night during the week of August. There may be many requests, many arrivals and therefore a lack of attention in the care of the rooms is also tolerable, but not the lack of care of the hygiene (dirty glasses, unchanged blanket...) However, the scortiness of the staff does not seem to be a valid motivation for the via going of people. The reason for this exterior stay: at the reception there is a very rude gentleman and not very attentive to the clientele. At our arrival (in perfect order agreed by telephone) we were told to be late. Despite this, the room was not ready. We were even waiting for the room to arrive at the lunch table, the keys were already paid, and we were told to leave the room.

Bad experience

I was at the Britannia Hotel from August 28 to September 4 with my granddaughter and we had a good time.

Hotel Britannia Jesolo is a great holiday.

I spent 10 days in this hotel, found myself in a very nice, comfortable, quiet bed, 50 meters from the beach, bed and umbrella included in the price, excellent and central location.

Good choice

We stayed 5 days in full board, great to spend a holiday at affordable prices......comfortable room with terrace, air conditioning, beach included and you eat very very well, manager and waiters very available and friendly, I recommend this hotel, we were great!

Excellent quality ratio price and position

Pro: the location, really a stone's throw from the sea and the affordable price. Counter: quite dated structure especially in the room and the shed not very close and very comfortable. But for a short stay like in my case it went well.

Well positioned at Jesolo

The hotel is old, the rooms are dated, the mattresses are springing into the body at every turn, the post-war TV with cathode tube, balcony of 2m2s, water with unstable window, no possibility of taking a decent shower because you have to balance the toilet, paid parking but once you put the car you can't move it unless you ask the owner to move the other cars, while the free one is about 1km away, self-contained, not as they said on the balcony, but it's off from the owner for several hours at the site with an apology:

Passing, just for a few days without too much pretence.

Room 406 5G living room in full pension, great for spending a three-star vacation saving a lot of servants......the only defect the bathroom.... but you survive, very normal room with double bed and castle bed, air conditioning, beach included and you eat very very well, very available and friendly manager, I recommend this hotel, we were fine!

Good value for money

I've spent eight days in this hotel, in a great location, very available staff, Ivan the owner is friendly and attentive to the needs of the client, fair prices, to go, lunch and dinner are also of good quality.

I've been coming here since I was a little girl and I've always felt great. The environment is familiar and welcoming, the staff super kind and attentive to every need.

The best hotel in Jesolo

This is the second time we've been to this hotel and we've all been very well. Excellent location because it's very close to the sea, very close to the center of Bafile Street and even to the courier station, and at the same time it's in a quiet place and away from the confusion. Very simple but very well-groomed and good food. We found everything very clean and the gentle owners and very available with our little baby.
