Let's just say everything is perfect, spacious apartment, clean and great location, sorry for the parking lot, I had the car behind the building in seat 11, sorry for the fact that seat 9 and seat 12 were occupied by other users, so we parked on the day of arrival and searched for the owners of the other cars on the day of departure.

Disastrous parking

We stayed in a spacious, very clean, three-bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms, equipped with everything but everything... just a few steps from the beach and the center, very kind and available staff... good quality price ratio.

That's great.

The residence is always perfect, you seem to get out of your house and come back into your house, very clean, cozy and spacious, unfortunate to be connected with the consortium Plaza Trento which is the poorest of all, on the beach, zero services, there is no bathroom except very far away, the umbrella you just have to open and you have to open it to the neighbors, the bathrooms very far away, perhaps in other neighbouring consortia, have removed the box to deposit the beach toys and to the question of why, the manager replied that there were toys to be thrown at the end of the season!?!?! And for this reason a little disruptive but very useful service that then, instead of throwing them games, why not to the neighbors?

The perfect residence

We spent a few days at the Residence Madrid. The Residence is located in a strategic location, in the center, but quiet and very close to the sea. The apartment at our disposal (2 adults + 2 kids) was really beautiful, large, functional, very clean and very bright. We found each other very well, we will certainly return. The owner, Mr. Bruno is a very kind and professional person. Excellent quality price ratio. Very recommended. Clear.

Un ambiente familiare e rilassante 

I stayed with my family for 2 weeks at Residence Madrid and spent a full relaxation holiday. The apartments are spacious, even the smallest. We stayed in a double room as the largest ones were finished, but we had no difficulty: the living room is large enough to allow us to keep the sofa bed always open. The furnishings of the apartment were complete for our needs, very appreciated by the teenage children the free Wi-Fi network. The weekly change of sheets and dryers is a plus offered by the owners that we greatly appreciated. The beach service is included in the price. The location of the structure is very good, very close to the beach and to Bafile Street, but still remains very quiet.

Just relax.

Unfortunately, I trusted the good reviews but, alas, this time, I was disappointed. I stayed at the residence Madrid with my husband and our two children. I read that it was first a hotel and then it was renovated...I wonder what year since it is still in the 70s style. They left the carpet in the common areas, at the entrance and on the stairs...and you can see the various stains of dirt and wear. To get to the apartments from the hall they made the do it yourself signs to cover the bathroom as the first impact was not the best, if you renovate it is done completely, right?

Too expensive for the poor quality!

We stayed for a week at the Residence Madrid. The location is excellent: in the center, but quiet and very close to the sea. The spacious and very clean apartment has all the laundry and many kitchen utensils. The owners are courteous and available. It was a pleasant holiday.

Vacation is OK!!!!

We just spent a week in this residence and we were great: cleanliness, courtesy and tranquility were the things we appreciated. Well-kept beach and clean sea... pleasant evening walk... what to say?

The four-person family had a very comfortable hotel location, close to the sea, pleasant polite staff, kitchen equipped with everything necessary, living room with a sofa and a separate bedroom.
