This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Fenix Colombina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in with automatic entrance at any time of day or night. Guests must send a copy or photograph of their identity documents electronically at least 2 days prior to arrival. You will be contacted through whatsapp, to arrange an appointment where we will come to meet you to welcome you, answer your questions and collect the tourist tax. The meetings with our guests who have already check-in independently, will take place in the time slot 9.15-13.30. If your arrival takes place in the time slot indicated above, it will be possible to carry out the check-in directly in presence. Customers who prefer, in the evening or at night, to check-in in the presence of one of our collaborators, must request it in advance and must pay the following amount at check-in: - EUR 25 from 18:00 until 20:00 - EUR 35 from 20:00 until 21:00 - EUR 45 from 21:00 until 00:00 - EUR 60 from 00:00 until 02:00 - EUR 80 after 02:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
