What was good

Absolutely nothing, it was filthy. There was mould on the ceiling in the bedroom and the bath was rusty.

What was bad

This hotel was so disappointing and dirty, we couldn’t stay here and had to find alternative accommodation, they refunded the city tax but didn’t refund the cost of the hotel. Venice is full of lovely hotels, definitely don’t stay at this one.

    What was bad

    The wooden shutters were not good, they could not be darkened.

    The window closed badly.

    The wifi didn't work.

    The TV didn't work.

    The toilet seat was sliding.

    The bathroom was very neglected.
