This Hotel's best preference is location. It's almost in the center, just few meters from St. Marco piazza. Hotel own was relatively clean, rooms are not big, but cozy. Disappointment was breakfast. This needs improvement. Personnel were kind and nice. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant, but nothing extra.

Not bad, not great

Worst value for money ever. The location is great but the hotel is tiny and creepily quiet all the time (not in a good way). The rooms are extremely basic, very hostel-like. The beds are not comfortable. The bathrooms are tiny. There are other hotels within the same area that have similar prices and would be more recommended.

Not recommended

We came here to see the Opera la Traviata and we were just adjacent to theatre. An unpretentious hotel, clean and sunny rooms, friendly staff, the waitress also kindly helped me to sew a button of the jacket that had come off. Thanks again. We'll back soon
 


Fantastic location! La Traviata...

This small hotel is located in the heart of venice and is runned by a really nice and professional family.
Just behind the theatre LA FENICE, 5 mins by walk from San Marco's square. 
The room is kinda old but with a renewed bathroom.
The hotel was not worth the price since we paid more than 150€ per night ( 2 nights trip) but was the DOGE'S weekend.

Perfect position but not worth the price!

In a strange building, with cannons and cannon balls embedded in the main facade, small room but to our surprise overlooking the canal where the gondolas passing by. 
A bit old but clean, friendly staff, walking distance from the historic center. 
No wifi in the room but only in the entrance hall. Normal breakfast, for the price paid is ok.
