The person on the front desk was crazy. He was rude and unreasonable and did not understand a word of English. There were 3 of us and he gave us a 2 people room and demanded one of us leave. He took the payment before and refused to refund it. When one of us decided to sit in the lobby so only 2 of us were at the room at a time, he wanted to throw the one person out of the hotel. We had a train at 4 AM from the station and only needed to stay in the hotel for a few hours but he made it impossible for us to stay and we eventually managed to get a refund and leave. The location is very convenient but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Horrible experience

This hotel is literally a "stone's throw" from the rail station in Ventimiglia.
The location is ideal and ir allows you to partake of the local atmosphere and all that entails in terms of food, small shops, and a short walk to the Mediterranean for an intoxicating reminder of what nature can offer.
Svetlana (and I apologize if I have misspelled her name) was great in helping this old guy with some confusing aspects of wifi reception and how doors opened and closed.
Her personability and grasp of English was great.
It was a nice evening in our journey from Arles to Lucca.

I stayed here one night...I found myself goddamn clean...scented...silent despite being near the station...very wonderful!!!very kindly welcoming staff..what to say??the top of the top!

Hotel very well located in the city centre in front of the train station which makes it easy to park the annex is a pedestrian street so calm several bars around to have these meals and these breakfast at 5 am

It's a great hotel.

The hotel is in the square of the station of Ventimiglia. It presents itself as an economical hotel, and in fact the rooms and the environment where the reception is is a bit old. But I was given a room in the dependance located in an adjacent building where there are a dozen rooms on the second and third floors with elevator, really beautiful, recently renovated and very large and comfortable.

Nice surprise.

Stayed in Ventimiglia for a weekend. The rooms are nice and very clean. Friendly staff, present 24/7. And all for a very reasonable cost. Location is great too. Everything is close by. Ok I have to add to make 200 caracter minimum. 

Nice room at convenient location 

My partner and I couldn't sleep because we had itching in the middle of the night, it was so intense that it scratched our bodies to the point of bleeding, we had bites all over our bodies, and we also had a hard time getting our money back.

Be careful!

It's always like this when you want to spend little but have everything, hotel in front of the station where African immigrants station day and night, no breakfast, but when you want to spend little, especially with a staff who doesn't accept constructive criticism.

When you want to spend a little...

This hotel is opposite the station on the left but it is deceptive - we were put in the annex which is just across the street in Hanbury. From the outside you might think it is run down but our room overlooking a small piazza was excellent. New, clean, great shower etc - the bed was amazingly comfortable and conveniently near bars, restaurants etc. (it was still quiet at night though in summer it might be noisy. We had breakfast at a bar downstairs which was great out in the sun. The owners were exceedingly helpful even though their english wasnt great.

Great find in convenient spot

The hotel is located almost directly across the street from the main railway station which suited us perfectly. It's also only a five-minute walk to the seafront and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The receptionist was extremely welcoming on arrival, but then we were escorted outside, down a set of steps and into a separate block of apartments between two bars. Not a promising start - but once we were taken to our room, wow. Comfortable, clean and spacious. A perfect place for exploring this beautiful part of Italy.
