Lea and Michele made us feel very welcome at Vila Ulimare. They are clearly very passionate about giving their guests the best possible experience. The apartments are comfortable and in very good conditions. The pool is beautiful and always clean. We had a great  stay in the beautiful Vieste. I highly recconend it.

Superb

It is a long drive to Vieste, off the beaten path--the only road in and out is a two-lane mountain highway that climbs and winds, and climbs and winds. And then we arrived! The Villa Ulimare is a large villa with 6 apartments on two floors, and an additional two in an annex. The owners, Michele and Leia, live upstairs in the main house. Each apartment has a private terrace, fully equipped kitchen (large fridge), nice bathroom with shower (lots of hot water), and comfortable beds. The pool is large and lovely, and open whenever you want to use it. The owners spend a fortune in time and in money on the landscaping---palm trees and flowers abound for a tropical experience. The beach is literally down the street, a 10 minute walk from the house. The beach is clean, has beautiful sand, and the ocean here is clear aqua blue. No trash, no loiterers, no bad behavior. There are many choices of beaches with chairs and umbrellas and cafes, and all are dog-friendly! We were steered to great restaurants by Michele and Leia, but I think generally the food in the area is so good you really can't go wrong. And Leia is a great cook, she spoiled us with some of her homemade specialties. Oops, make sure to book before April for the summer. Everyone returns to Villa Ulimare!
