It's a comfortable apartment in a friendly and open house, a relaxed and quiet environment, recommended for a relaxing holiday, very close to the sea and not far from the city centre, which can be reached by boat.

A relaxing vacation

We stayed for a week in this facility where we found ourselves very well. Convenience in reaching the sea (50 meters), center (15 minutes on foot). The essential apartment but with everything necessary (including air conditioning), car seat reserved and guaranteed (not discounted). Kindness and availability from the owners, with whom it was always a pleasure to exchange a chat.

We stayed for a week (or maybe only a week!) in this facility which is very close to the sea but in a super quiet location with so much greenery all around. Nice the solution that allows every guest to enjoy their privacy in every unit. The very comfortable monolocal with everything necessary even to eat at home. Great courtesy and availability from the people who hosted us, always ready for advice or a chat. Great also the possibility of having the car park, which is in a not too distant area.

Kindness and courtesy

The property is located in a quiet area a few steps from the sea. Since we were the only guests, due to the advanced season, the managers gave us a double room instead of the one room we had booked. The staff were always very kind, available and generous with excellent advice on where to go and what to do during our stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The parking is a few meters from the property. The only thing that is not very convenient is the road to the place, which is two-way and two cars are not there, so there is a lot of care to be taken. Very recommended.

Relax by the sea

A. Strategic position: 1. beach with establishment less than 100 meters away...you go out in a suit and costume and you get to the sea...if you want life from the sea, this Villa Irene guarantees it! 2. You are 15 minutes' walk away, stroll on the slow seaside and you are in the historic center of a real pearl of the Gargano, with shops, restaurants and struscio (a Roman way of saying movida) B. Car parking: great added value...in short you can do everything in Vieste, so having a car park is really a great thing! C.

Wonderfully relaxing!!!

It was a relaxing holiday, and the accommodation certainly contributed. Very kind owners, available at all hours; we wanted to go to the trembling islands, we asked them for advice and they booked our visit. Very clean environments, our living room was cool and there was also a lot of privacy. We will definitely be back! Everything deserves a 10 as a vote!

150 meters from the sea, it has private parking... our triple was air-conditioned and despite the night heat, we slept well.

It's comfortable.

I stayed in this property with my family, close to the sea, only precious, but far from the country, the stretch of about 150 meters that leads to the seafront completely in the dark, house very hot to be bad, x shower water with the water drops, bathroom without window so I let you imagine the heat, without a washing machine, comfortable porch but exposed for the whole day to the sun, so impossible to eat out. The high price paid is absolutely not worth it.

Sauna holidays, high price

With my wife We stayed in this property for two weekends. The apartments are located in an excellent position, just 100 meters from the sea with a reserved beach, with a pleasant walk of a quarter of an hour you arrive in the village. The well-lit seaside with open edges for pizza or restaurant. The apartment very cool inside despite the 32 degrees outside, equipped for cooking, with a spacious fridge with compartment freezer, TV, veranda to eat also externally. Quiet and silent environment in the rest hours. The owners Michael and Sofia are available and give every information. Creating with their owners a family atmosphere. Recommended for couples, groups and families.
