This place was recommended to us by a colleague who had already been there, also for work reasons. We take care of fiber optic wiring in the area of the Ferrara chemical pole and we stayed in 6 people for about two months in two apartments. The apartments are not luxurious but are still nice and functional. Large interior parking (very convenient for those like us who have vans), small but functional laundry room for free use. But above all it is the quality price ratio that is unbeatable.

Great place to work.

I'm adding photos of the apartment that are already exhaustive enough! It's communicated only by text messages, there are no flesh and blood people. For the check-out we called the number that was sent to us several times, but they didn't answer us, we had a plane and we left the keys on the door! It all seemed very strange to us. We reported to the duty-bound!

I stayed in this place and I got very sick, the owner learned good manners online! The apartment was very dirty, a real disappointment! We asked to eat in the restaurant, they said it wasn't open yet, while the site was advertised

The landlord is rude and rude, everything is done through a washup, there's no check-in or check-out, dirty apartment, they advertise a non-existent restaurant, mold on the walls.

It's a fraud, the owner's rude, they take the money and don't provide the services.

I am a doctor and for work reasons I had to come to work for a month at the hospital of Cona in Ferrara. I had already been in this facility and I went safely. The apartments are comfortable and practical. Comfortable parking, wi-fi, laundry, 24-hour assistance.

One month's stay near the hospital in Cona

We were a team of 8 people who came to Ferrara for a construction site at the petrochemical plant. We had been recommended by colleagues to the bottom tower and we found ourselves very well together. We did not know the formula of the apartments and we were very happy with it. The structure is located less than 10 minutes from the refinery.

A perfect workplace.

My partner and I contacted this facility in order to look for a place to stay for about a month. After agreeing with the facility manager for a certain price and a specific period of stay by telephone, after being in the facility and being assured that there would be no problem with our stay, once we were organized to move the next day to the facility in question, we were contacted on the evening without notice that our lodging was no longer available for that date but only for a limited period and at a double fee. as the facility manager had received in the facility an offer that was more fragile than the one below. and my leather was found to be untreated at the same time.

I've never seen anything like this before.

We stayed 3 nights in the E2 unit with real pleasure. The place is just outside Ferrara, but comfortable and easy to get to. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, complete with all the kitchen equipment, always warm bathroom, very comfortable and clean bed in every corner. Clean and very new bleachers. Surely to take into account if you intend to visit Ferrara and the surroundings.

A comfortable and relaxed stay

We were there one week last year in summer. Weather was beautifull, so every day we used the pool coolness. It was clean and quiet, with the places to grill and chillig.  Only one minus - it will be nice for children, if they could play in small playground.  

Total rest and relaxation

Nice stay in an agriturismo but without any contact with the owner of the premises, entry to the hostel with a very practical code, well maintained swimming pool, airco...where you can sit down and discover the Emilie Romagne.
